After some moment thunderbird cant receive sended emails from server. Its downloading messages and after that, when im trying to open a blank message the new is arriving. I was trying to "repair" folder and also completely reintstall thunderbird - nothing changed. Could someone give an advise how to solve this?

Hi, lately I have been having issues with updates. When Firefox browser in MacOS gets update, it ask me to sign in to all platforms again. This wasn't the case at all before.

Ever since the last update, my keyboard isn't appearing in Firefox Focus when I tap the url bar. Normally it would appear to type in a new url, but not anymore. When I tap the bar, it automatically selects the complete url but then I have to tap again in order to show the keyboard. See the attached screenshot; I have tapped the url bar here but no keyboard has appeared.

I am using the regular keyboard on Android, Gboard. I'm on Android 13. Using a Fairphone 4.

Everything is updated to the latest available.

Occasionally I clear the cache memory for the apps on my Poco F5. Of all the apps I use, firefox consumes the highest (8GB+) of cache. So yesterday I cleared the cache memory, didn't use firefox apart from minor browsing for 10 mins or so. Now it's filled back again (6GB+). The app size is just 267MB, but the cache is insanely high.

Firefox does not automatically create a new empty window on startup. Neither starting from "applications" nor clicking icon in the dock

Instead once has to right click the icon then click "New Window"

Why is it that the people who "improve" products are always dickering with the look and feel to no benefit to the user? Why suddenly does a new empty window not open? Fantastic job Mozilla. It takes me an hour or so to figure out how to even get a window with the default web page URL and then I have to perform forever after three clicks instead on one.

I have a suggestion. The next time you think about changing the look and feel: DON'T. It is just that simple. DON'T.

There is a bug when accessing the desktop version of the website under the Android version of Firefox. Visit youtube.com on the Android phone, then click on the desktop version of the website, and then click on the video to go full screen. After going full screen, the bug appears: the control button under the video cannot be clicked. This bug does not appear in the Android version of Chrome browser

Juno very suddenly refused to accept my password yesterday which is saved on the computer, so I cannot get to my email. Why would they do that and how can I get into email. When I attempt to retrieve mail (from some accounts) I receive the error message "account being processed, please wait until completion to download the messages" (see att.). Even after a long time (hours) the same happens - so I have to use my phone or IMAPS to get my messages. This happens only since I upgraded to Supernova (currently 115.7.0) and apparently on mail server orange.fr (but not all my mail accounts on orange.fr). I did not change (manually) any setting. Other mail servers (including wanadoo.fr which is an orange.fr mail server) seem to work ok. Thanks for any help & BR Max.

The following html inscription animates when clicked (the duck in the image quacks), but for some reason, the animation doesn't activate on http://ord.io with the firefox browser. I wanted to bring this to your attention because It works on http://ord.io with every other browser.

Every time I browse incognito mode and download files (pdf mostly), then I exit the browser and my files disappear from the Downloads folder in Windows 11. It has been like this for a long time now. I have to remember to cut and paste them to another folder before shutting the browser down, but when I forget it's annoying. Can this be fixed?

i have an issue with my email, i have made no changes but from today, my thunderbird takes very long time to open. In bottom taskbar it says building summary file for the inbox.. and it takes about 5minute to load inbox list, "26000 letters." Also i can send but cannot receive any letters and i am missing last 3 months inbox mail.

How can i try to solve this issue without causing more damage or loss.

Thunderbird is often asking again to log into Gmail and Outlook accounts.

A few days ago the accounts I have were "disconnected" and a few days later, randomly some accounts ask me again to log in and allow access to email.

I have about 20 emails managed with Thunderbird and after a few versions (about 3-4 months) this problem started to happen.

Has anyone else reported something similar?

An observation is that I use MozBackup to make complete backups of emails (including login and password) and restore them after formatting the computer.

Hello all,

I haven't opened my email-client Tunderbird since 13.07.2023. I've opened it today and due to automatic downloading with start, it downloaded nearyl 2200 emails.

But they don't appear in my inbox. I can't find them via search. Due to automatical deletion via smtp they're not in my email account anymore.

Can you please help fixing this issue?
