Firefox not responding to general websites on the web (Ex: Amazon.com, etc.). I have several Mozilla-recommended security extensions that may be working against my firefox connecting to these general-in-nature websites.

When I followed instructions, it sent the login file to the flash drive I designated but in an Excel format & I don't know how to print it in a readable (.doc format). Any help is greatly appreciated. bucretired@yahoo.com

I found an answer to this question, but I need it in English; how to do this if you're not a programmer. The new feature is beyond annoying, so if someone wants to work on making it optional, that would be a super improvement, but I'll be happy if I can just turn it off! Thank you

Firefox browser no longer on W7 laptop. Followed instructions-downloaded setup and installer. Neither will do anything - message says no program association to implement thses files. Help!

I want the Firefox suggestions to show up when I click on the address bar. Currently, it shows up only when I type a letter. I am unable to find the settings for it. I know it's a silly query, but would still appreciate it if it could be answered.

How do I get Firefox to stop suggesting my email address, city, state or other information on lines for logins or applications? I have turned off all the autofill selections in security and privacy and it still offers suggestions. I don't want any suggestions AT ALL.

My laptop Fiirefox has a tiny white bar at the top with the X, minimize and maximize commands. How do I make that go away? (Or come back, if I need it to.) I need the real estate on the laptop, if for no other reason than to shut Messenger down on FB. Presently, I can't access the X to close it. Presently have Win10 on an Acer Spin 3. When I went to watch Tubi TV today I got this error message when I tried to load the video:

"Oops, your web browser is no longer supported. Please upgrade to a modern, fully supported browser."

But only for a few seconds, then it shows

"Sorry, there was a problem loading the video player. Please try to reload the page. If you are using an ad-blocker, please disable it or whitelist tubitv.com If the problem persists, please contact us at tubitv.com/support"

I booted my firefox in safe mode, still get this exact sequence of events. My firefox is up-to-date. Is there a workaround for Tubi blocking content from firefox browsers? Is that what this is? Thank you

I recently changed to Firefox from chrome and the focus on security and privacy was a much needed upgrade. However, every time I close my windows I'm logged out of all my accounts. I checked all the settings that would have that effect even escalating it to a clean install and unfortunately nothing works. After checking the support forums this setting seemed to be the one that fixed things, attached is a screenshot showing that its unchecked and that there is cookie data stored, so I'm really at a loss.

Long time user (love it) but the browser is consuming a lot of memory. With the same windows open in Chrome, Firefox is consuming 5 times the amount making the system slower glitchy.

This has been an issue for awhile and I checked all the posted solutions. Either the software is consuming an that is normal or something is running in the background. Firefox is at 1831.5 MB as I type this.

Can I uninstall then reinstall? or is everything going to return?

Hello. I am finding on different devices i have that firefox won't let me do things i could do before. Example. On my cellphone. I can't login to twitch.tv nor can i get into my yahoo mail account. It says i have an unsupported browser and i didn't have that problem before. The twitch problem is the same on my pc. I can't login. The login and my credentials are there but the button won't let me log in. Please help me. Thanks. Susan

I am unable to play any videos on firefox only because of this WidevindCDN crash messages. i have updated firefox to the latest version and restarted the device and tried again however this error keeps showing up and doesnt let any video play. Please fix

Any way you are able I've been trying to get out for over ten years. This is very difficult to describe communicatively in this manner. I don't belong in a facility. I do not have any applicable issues that require me to be here other than to maintain the silence a criminal mind that keeps me here requires. Keeping me blind, and forcing me to lose my "Independent Living" status is the Facility Administrator's goal to take away my rights to administer my own medications, use my own doctors, not allow anyone else to touch me or bathe, dress me. Enter my home, or go through my things without my permission. He has given every caregiver a passkey to every apartment in this facility. This is getting be a more and more common message on CBC.CA -- click on a story, go there, it processes for a few moments, then posts THAT! Chrome doesn't do it but I'm having pw issues with chrome and would much rather stick with FF, so can this be fixed?! What's wrong, what's causing it? I'm using ad blockers but they don't seem to be the problem and I'm at my wits' end. I have no patience for this kind of bullshit, especially when everything always worked before this started happening. Typically it's about five stories out of the twenty-five or so offerings on the page but I'm sick of messing around with it, having to close the tab, go to something else and hope IT doesn't break! Is there a fix? I don't don't know to diagnose this stuff; I'm not a geek, I'm a user. I have SOME skills but not this. Is this FF or is this CBC?!

Try it: website is cbc,ca , just click on some stories and see if they hold. If they do for you then it's my FF.
