Was getting some crash reports....now have a black bar on top of new tabs...it finally scrolls when you are halfway down the page. any help would be appreciated.

Recently have been unable to access the USPS Website from any of my Firefox Browsers. Firefox displays the following Message:

You do not have permission to access this page If you have found this page in error, please contact support Reference:10593116689666961403465577003670526342620034968299102359

When I select "bookmark this tab", in the Firefox browser, I used to get the window allowing you to choose where to put the new bookmark. This 'bookmark location' window no longer appears so you don't know where the bookmark has gone. Prior to now, this feature has always worked fine.

I quit Firebox and reopened it but the problem remains.

I'm using Firefox 119.0.1 (64 bit) (the most current vers.) on a Macbook Pro running Ventura 13.3. I switched from Chrome to Firefox on this new Mac.

Firefox not responding to general websites on the web (Ex: Amazon.com, etc.). I have several Mozilla-recommended security extensions that may be working against my firefox connecting to these general-in-nature websites.

In the last 2 weeks (that I know of), Mercari will not appear when I go to it. I just get a blank page. I've restarted the computer, I've turned off the Ublock and Ghostery but nothing. Everything else works fine. I am not very computer adept, by the way. I sell things on Mercari, so I kind of need to access it. I'm not even sure I picked the right topic (website breakages)....sorry if I got it wrong.

When you click on a product on eBay you get a disorganized page.

I an not having this issue with any other browsers.

Edge, Oprea, and Chrome all work fine.

I have a spreadsheet with links. I need to open multiple links in the order they are in the spreadsheet.

When I select multiple links and click "option+return", the links open in the opposite order.

I would expect the first link to the on the left and the second link to be on the right.

Is there anything I can do to make this happen?

I downloaded and installed Atkinson Hyperlegible and set Firefox to use it as my default font for all websites (see screenshot). This used to work, but now fonts on sites are shown in a default serif or sans-serif font, not the font I set. It stopped working maybe a month ago (October 2023).

What can I try to fix this?

How can I stop Firefox refreshing each time I have to leave to approve a purchase or get Info for a form please. It's so frustrating. I literally tap back on the window and it updates. No one seems to know why.

I would rather not change browsers just to use USPS.com. Can you direct me to correct settings so that I can use Firefox?

Boxes in forms on websites don't show up clearly. I cannot tell if I've checked the box or not. Also columns in graphs don't line up. I'm guessing I set up something incorrectly in Firefox browser settings, but I have no idea what.

Can anyone help me figure out how I can get fire fox to work again..I installed acrobat last night and it did crazy things to my computer, and fire fox will not work anymore

I'm not sure what happened because it never broke sites like this before. Sometimes it makes a site impossible to read. I haven't done anything to the browser and this just started happening.

I changed my PC. Then i installed Firefox my new PC and login Firefox account. But my old PC's Firefox account all data will de deleted history passwords etc. It was looks like a new account. How can i restore my old data. My old PC was already formatted.

Dear Mozilla

Long time user (love it) but the browser is consuming a lot of memory. With the same windows open in Chrome, Firefox is consuming 5 times the amount making the system slower glitchy.

This has been an issue for awhile and I checked all the posted solutions. Either the software is consuming an that is normal or something is running in the background. Firefox is at 1831.5 MB as I type this.

Can I uninstall then reinstall? or is everything going to return?
