Office Depot.com continually says site maintenance on Firefox, but on Chrome it works fine. Only about half of my pages in the https://hopenow.breezechms.com app will load (just see a blank page), but work fine in Chrome How do I get them to work so I don't have to constantly switch back and forth. Be gentle with answers, I am not a geek, just a user...lol. Sallie

When I print to a PDF file, Firefox changes internal links (#go-there) to full external links (either https://the.website.tld/paper.html#go-there or file://home/me/paper.html#go-there).

This is obviously wrong, since the links are internal to the document.

How to I change this behavior?

With update 113.0.2 I am seeing 13 processes running using 670mb of memory with no add-ons running and the support tab open. The browser starts crashing with six or seven tabs open.

for the past several months, FF has just been hanging when I attempt to open a website. sometimes it sits there for hours and never connects yet if I open Chrome, I have instant access. I have troubleshot, deleted and reinstalled FF, used safe mode to diagnose the problem. I have done everything I can think of, I even clear all history daily...and NOTHING helps. Sometimes I have no problems for weeks, then all of a sudden, I can't access the internet but ONLY with FF. I'm ready to just delete everything and never use FF again, but I like it and have been using it for 6 years. Chrome works 100% of the time....FF is hit or miss lately and I'm about done with it.

I'm having some confusion as to how to change what tabs are synced across to other devices under my account. I have my chosen tabs all pinned and I even have them saved as bookmarks that I've synced that I can load up in Chrome. However, when I go to the three horizontal lines button and clicking on my account name/email address, it's showing me tabs that are synced to one of my other devices (in this case, my laptop), but the tabs aren't quite right. There's a couple that are old now that I want removed. The double arrows showing me more extensions/options comes up with Synced Tabs, but they're also showing the same incorrect ones. Even when it synchronizes, it never changes anything.

What's the correct way of changing/removing tabs in Firefox and then syncing them?

i am using a loaner laptop right now while i wait for my main laptop to be returned to me. i need my bookmarks so i downloaded the browser & went to log in. i can't find my password & apparently to reset it i lose all my bookmarks which is the ONE THING i need from firefox right now. i am fully logged into firefox on that other laptop (tho who knows now that i tried logging in on my new device). i can't risk losing all my bookmarks. i need some help here, but i couldn't even get help without creating a NEW firefox account. can someone send me a support email to reach out to?

I'm having trouble bookmarking individual item page at Lowes.com. Hoping someone can help me with this problem. I "used" to be able to save an individual item page I want research later from Lowe's in my Bookmarks. When I go to access it later I get this message:

However I can save the whole page showing “all” the items with no problems. This happens on both Macs, 2 different OS. I have deleted cookies, cache, history continually and nothing works. It happens in Safe Mode as well, I even refreshed FireFox and it still happens. It happens in Safari also.

So I ask myself why "now" is this happening when it never did before? Is there a setting I need to look at? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thank You!

Ever since the most recent update to Firefox I consistently get the following message when attempting to login to https sites which I have been connecting to for years: Secure Connection Failed

An error occurred during a connection to www.att.com. PR_END_OF_FILE_ERROR

Error code:PR_END_OF_FILE_ERROR

   The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified.
   Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem.

Clearly the problem is with Firefox and not with the website owner since it occurs with all websites.

I found over 100 instances of PR_END_OF_FILE_ERROR but the few responses I looked at were back in 2021 or 2022. One solution suggested clearing the cache which I did and I was then able to connect. But now that does not help. Is my only reliable solution to delete Firefox and use some inferior browser?

I have a lot a devices. I would like the majority of settings/etc to be synced with my account but I would also like to be able to have some add-ons excluded. For example I use Persepolis download manager for the devices that support it but not all my devices support it. Result is I have to toggle active addon every time I switch devices as it syncs.

my computer crashed yesterday because my ssd of my computer broke, therefore i had to reinstall firefox. Having done so and looging in, i cannot find my bookmarks, passowords, history, etc. I am sure i had my account always synced.
