When I try to load random web pages on some well known websites, some load, and then turn blank.

For example: https://www.cnbc.com/2022/05/21/russia-ukraine-live-updates.html

This happens at random, it seems. Most of my browsing seems to work fine.

Reloading doesn't help.

Troubleshooting mode doesn't help.

After Format my laptop, I install Firefox and forget password after Reset password all fine then enter email and password to Sync all data but, I don't see any data this data have a lot of passwords and bookmarks, How can I FIX IT????

Hi, I lost firefox browser because of I setup new windows so i install again but unfortunately i cant get back my previous bookmarks settings and more. I had firefox account and i was login and sync my settings. i want my settings and all back please help. My last login was 20/5/2022. my account email: [email address removed]

When I try to search or use Firefox it is extremely slow and I get an error. I used microsoft edge and do not have this issue. I am ready to stop using Firefox and got back to Microsoft Edge.

PSA:

The snap version of Firefox (as implemented in Ubuntu Desktop 22.04) will not open a Zoom meeting link.

The alternatives are: - Google Chrome, etc. - Borrow a Windows machine and log into your meeting there.

What a disaster.

I no longer have the option to watch BBC iPlayer as a picture in picture. The toggle switch has disappeared. I've tried hovering over various places on screen, but nothing appears. I've also tried right clicking to check it's not 'hidden', but it appears to have gone altogether.

I've checked and I have a least version 75 of Firefox (that BBC say I should have) and that the box is ticked in the browsing settings to enable P-in-P. Other streaming apps work (eg Discovery+ and YouTube etc).

Not sure is this is a Firefox issue or BBC iPlayer issue.

When I watch a video, mostly in Netflix, and go to the fullscreen mode, I see a url line on the bottom left corner of my screen. It doesn't go away when I click the screen. When I try to click over it it switches to the right bottom corner, which I find quite frustrating. Whenever, this happens I should refresh the page and hope that it solves my problem and most of the times it does. However, I still would be quite happy if I figured out what caused this problem and if there is anything I can do it to fix it for good.

moz back up says my profile is corrupted. my emall works in every way, but when try to use moz back u to make a back up it says my profile is corrupted . Can someone tell me how to fix this ? Or can someone tell what I can do that is better ?HELP!!!!!!!!

Hi there! Well, another company told my business partner that their product does not like Firefox so we should use Chrome and maybe Edge. First, that is a crock, but seems to be a standard answer from anyone in the business world, sadly. I would not trust Edge or Chrome, especially those two, if they were the last platforms on earth. So, help pretty please?

Is there a setting that we can use that will assist in using RSMeans Online Version so it will work more effectively? Whenever we get an error message or it just won't open, they blame it on Firefox.

I tried printing in FIREFOX while using PDF and receipts from Amazon and HP. each time the fonts are HUGE, but not if I use Chrome or Edge. Tried your suggestions and that didn't help. I see another user has had the same exact issue with no avail. I'd really like to get this issued fixed. I like FIREFOX and want to use it whenever possible, but being unable to print makes it a problem. I would appreciate a real solution. Thank you in advance, Alan.

Every day I am interrupted by McAfee with daily notifications across my screen saying they have detected a virus and to sign up with them. I have NEVER been a customer of McAfee and would like these nuisances to stop. Is there a way I can ban them from my pc. Thank you.

Please turn off the download drop down menu that appears every time I do a download...if you cant do that then give your users the option of turning it off or on...

I refreshed Firefox and all my passwords disapeared even though it stated they would be saved. I followed online instructions and copied and pasted the old data into the new profile. Although I can see the old login data is there nothing shows up in the saved passwords section in settings. HELP! all my passwords are badly required as I have no other record.
