Fix this issue from your end. Provide a support phone number to call in to fix it. I do all of the suggestions written but it doesn't work. I go thru a 15 minute process trying to log on and sometimes it works and they magically show up and other times, like now. No bookmarks. This is ridiculous. There is no support, you are asking for volunteers to offer support. This seems totally screwed up. Fix it!

When I try to make a bookmark none of my folders are showing. I can use the folders when linking to a bookmark but not when trying to place a new bookmark. I have many folders but the attached image shows what I get when trying to choose the correct folder to place the bookmark. Only the three options show even though I know all my folders are in the pulldown bookmark tab. I did have a computer glitch where many of my computer files somehow ended up in the trash including Firefox. I moved the trashed files into a new folder on my desktop and was able to recover the bookmarks by choosing the Firefox backup. My question is how do I get the existing folders to once again show when making a bookmark so I can place/organize the bookmark in the correct bookmark file?

For some reason my Bookmark Tool Bar no longer displays anything. It is a blank strip across the top of the screen. However all of my bookmarks can be displayed on the right or left side of the screen in a vertical format. I can not find a way to repopulate the original Bookmark Tool Bar and find the current display very awkward give the number of bookmarks I have on file. Is this a result of an intentional upgrade or software failure?

I have my book marks in a side menu. Recently that side menu disappeared and when I click on the menu to install it again my bookmarks are not there and have been replaced with a bunch of stuff I don't use. Is there anyway to get the bookmarks back on the homepage for iOS and if not can it please get added back. I really like this app but it feels like every update removes a function or adds something that makes life more painful.

I had to downgrade Firefox. Before I did I created a new profile so we would not lose the old bookmarks. Now Firefox downgraded and no bookmarks or profile. Then I upgraded back to the latest Firefox and still no profile or old bookmarks. Can anyone suggest where they might be?

I can't get the "Other" bookmarks folder to go away.

I tried right-clicking on the folder & the context menu didn't show up. I tried about:config & changed the value to false. That didn't work.

I closed the browser after changing the boolean value to false & then restarted the browser. That didn't help.

I don't want to mess things up. I can't change the name of the folder. I was hoping that renaming the folder & then deleting it would solve the problem.

How do I hide the "Other" folder & the "Bookmarks Menu" folder?

I have a Mac if that helps any.

Your response to me sucks. It's uninformative at best and non-sense at best. No wonder you don't have people to speak with. I'd rather use another browser that's credible!

Hello I synced my acount in my phone(redmi k20) then change my phone & log in my firefox acount & all my bookmarks are gone!!! Please fix it & help me.tnx [edited email from public] @gmail.com

I followed instructions for getting them back, but got stuck at the Library. I said restore and chose a date, but I get an error message: Unable to process the backup file.

Hi Community. I have used Firefiox for years on Android phones and my Windows devices. Now I have a Chrome tablet I want to use in place of a Windows laptop I cannot get the desktop to show the Menu Bar. Any suggestions?

i opened firefox (v.95) and tried opening up my email and found that all my saved passwords were gone from firefox on my computer. it said i should crate a firefox account to get my logins back so i did and i still could not access any of my web logins. so i searched the help pages. opened up my profile n made a backup of my key3, key4, n loginjson files, downloaded v.91 firefox esr and copied my key3 file into a new profile.

so i still dont have my web logins ... n now i have an outdated version of firefox with none of my bookmarks either. im sick of troubleshooting n my wifi is almost out for the month.

how do i get my web logins and bookmarks back so i dont have to spend hundreds of hours recreating them?

Firefox: Firefox PC Browser, top right of web page, there' a star wheel to click on, If you click it on, a windows drops open, to allow users to choose 1 to 4 Bookmarks to be saved onto home page,

I wish this feature was on Android Firefox on Google Play Store Firefox App.
