Hello, I moved Thunderbird data to a new computer according to your instructions via a USB drive On the target computer everything goes well until point 9 of your instructions. "Choose to replace your current data when prompted." However, this screen does not appear. I open Thunderbird, but then only the screen to enter the email data appears. So Thunderbird does not open with complete data. What do I do? I'm wrong.

Suddenly I can not receive my emails on Thunderbird. They do show up on my cell phone. When I send an email, I get the following, "Your message was sent, but a copy was not placed in your Sent folder due to network or file access errors. What can I do?? In every version from 118 beta to the latest, the Calendar View Events filter option is limited to max 1 year. In previous versions, there was a filter option to view All events. I need this option in filter to be re-instated because 1 year is not enough. I want to see all events to manage my calendar more effectively.

I have been using my banks website, www.lbandt.com, for years. Suddenly firefox cannot find the website, what is the problem? Have to have access or can't use firefox.

All of the sudden I am getting an "Acess Denied" message from Quickbooks online. The error message is immediately after I type in my login ID and hit enter. It doesn't even let me get to the password input screen. This started on Thursday afternoon, but was working fine Thursday morning.

My Kaiser website kp.org can't come up...the following error message:

"The page isn’t redirecting properly

Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.

   This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies."

One of my 3 emails is not downloading after not being on computer for 2 months.Other 2 work fine. On settings for that account the syn in the menu is not showing? Shows on the other two. On start up it downloaded messages but they don't show? Several had some malware that my antimalware took care of. Messaged downlload just fine on my phone for that account.

Internode have stopped providing email services, and are using The Messaging Company. I want to re-estiblish my Thunderbird account that I was using previously. Can someone explain (simply please) how to re-activate? Many thanks Sue

Bitdefender blocks Firefox from accessing cloudfront.net..calling it a suspicious site. The connection attempts happen constantly... quite a nuisance. I hesitate to put this site on an exception list without knowing more about it.

I don't have a lot of internal hard drive space and want to have Thunderbird store emails to an external hard drive. So, I have a few questions about this.

Q1: How do I do this? I saw a procedure on a non-Mozilla site and it seemed questionable to me. So I thought it would be best to get the procedure from here

Q2: When I move the files (not copying them) will this impact the emails online (Gmail and Yahoo)? I don't want to accidentally delete them from the server

Q3: I am concerned about the following scenario: I tell Thunderbird to use the external drive. Thunderbird starts to download emails to the external drive. What happens to the emails that are on the internal drive? does Thunderbird move them to the external drive? Or will I have to move them manually? Can I safely move email folders on top of folders of the same name without messing anything up? (I'm concerned that Thunderbird would not know that a previously downloaded folder exists and would start to download it in the new spot. So when I move the folders from the old spot to the new spot, it would overlay the new copy and I don't want that to mess anything up)

I hope my questions make sense. I'm not always clear about how I ask things

Hi, I have recently update my Win system with everything including Firefox. And now when I open new tab there is the same Firefox icon like always, but when I it is loading new page then its new X. When it is done with loading it changes to OK icon of the dedicated page. Is this X normal? Thank you

Here is a rather long winded explanation of my problem initially prepared for an email to Firefox until I found out that was not a possibility. Hello Agent, I have a problem with Firefox described as follows: I have an account with a company called Eversfield Organic an organic meat company. They have a facility whereby the delivered cold packs and insulating material can be returned to them via DPD free of charge. To achieve this a form has to be completed on Eversfields site to enable a returns label to be printed. When attempting to complete this form one line of this form will not accept an input. This item is called the “Country” which should read “United Kingdom”. I cannot input this manually or by my password manager “RoboForm” which temporary inputs United Kingdom until I release the mouse button when it goes blank again. I have tried the Google Chrome and Opera browsers which work perfectly using this system. So logically it would appear that there is a fault with Firefox which is a shame since it is my preferred browser. It would be appreciated if you can provide a solution to this problem.
