Hi, I wonder if someone can help me log into the KeyBank website. I keep getting this message: "Due to technical concerns, your current version of Firefox is no longer an option for KeyBank online banking. Nothing is wrong with your account. You simply need an updated browser – like the most up-to-date version of Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, or Mozilla Firefox – to sign on to online banking." My Mac indicates I have an up-to-date version of Firefox (78.10.0esr (64-bit) Thank you

When visiting sites such as the Russian Wikipedia, characters that are in the Cyrillic Times New Roman font display as blocks (shown in image). Safari does not have this problem.

Prior to FF97 a simply setting to "false" the about:config, print.tab_modal.enabled setting allowed FF to always use the system dialog box when printing. However, in FF97, this is no longer the case. How can I set FF97 to always use the system print dialog box??

I almost always use Preview printing on my Macs to avoid multiple pages of garbage so this is fairly important to me...and it might help to save a few trees...

This is happening every few minutes now. It started right after the 97.0.0 update. The 97.0.1 update doesn't seemed to have helped.

I don't use any browser extensions.

I never saw this issue before, and I have been using Firefox as a primary browser for many years. I'm on a MacBook Air, M1.

I'm using firefox 97 on mac. Whenever I copy and paste an image from firefox, the image comes out desaturated as if it is using the wrong color profile. I tried changing the gfx.color_management settings without it improving. The images look fine and are the right colors in the browser, however, the issue only happens when I copy and paste images. Firefox behaves like the color management is disabled (set to 0 in config) but ONLY when copying and pasting images.

I do not have this issue with other browsers such as chrome.

Thought I should bring it to your attention. My default browser is Firefox and I use Earthlink as my email. Earthlink just informed me that Firefox no longer supports Earthlink. They have asked me to switch to Google Chrome where my email works fine. If you need to contact me , my phone is [phone# removed from public] and my name is Ken Westlund. Every time Firefox is opened it gives an error message (see image).

I have tried:

• Deleting and reinstalling.
• Deleting Firefox folder in //users/xxxxxxx/Library/Application Support & //Library/Caches then uninstalling Firefox.
• Both above using older Firefox versions.

This issue is happening on all of the Macs in our org. We have no custom configurations. The pkg is installed via FileWave device management. It occurs whether installed through FileWave or manually.

I wanted to upgrade and update my Firefox to the latest version. Encountered some errors so I uninstalled the old version and reinstalled Firefox' latest version. Now all of a sudden all my Add-ons / Plugins / Extentions on the latest version of Firefox for Mac OS is gone...

I don't know but I'll say that I've tried using troubleshooting mode, cleared my startup cache, reset the browser and redownloaded the entire application. this happened after I cleared some stuff from my laptop don't know if that has anything to do with it though

When trying to open the Firefox icon on my computer I was told cant I open the application “Firefox” "because it may be damaged or incomplete." SOMEHOW HAVE NOW GOT AN ICON MARKED FIREFOX 2 AND MANY OF MY IMPORTANT BOOKMARKS HAVE DISAPPEARED

I have been noticing that Firefox browser is being manipulated to obtain confidential information from users.

Is Firefox doing anything to stop this? The crooks who are most likely military and Others affiliated with the government are surreptitiously accessing US Citizens computers and silently obtaining credit card information, banking, Venmo, Zelle Apple Cash, etc. and ROBBiNG citizens.

This is no joke. is Mozilla doing anything to protect their browsers from these hoodlums and corrupt government officials and there hired contractors?

Hi, I would really appreciate your assistance with a issue regarding my Trendmicro Antivirus app on my Mac just deleted all my important bookmarks on my firefox browser. I tried to follow the support forums to restore them but I didn't have any luck. Have been receiving security alerts for the past month or so. Now firefox is restricting my access to my printer due to a possible security problem. I have also seen an alert that a certificate for use expired last month. What can I do, or who can I talk to (cannot find any support phone number.

I'd love to have Firefox release version and Firefox beta installed side-by-side on my Mac. Is it possible? If not, how do I make it so without encountering weird problems? If any from Firefox's dev team are reading this, please just make this possible. Chrome and Edge do it. Firefox should, too, IMO. Thank you.

Hard to describe. I sign onto Facebook without problem, scroll down once or twice, and then it goes crazy. The postings in front of your eyes are replaced by others so quickly they can't be read. I'm not having this problem on other browsers. Yeah, I know it's Facebook but I'd like to fix it anyway. I'm running OS 11.6.7. The Firefox version is 103.0 64-bit. Any suggestions?

Problem with Firefox opening two windows when connecting from another application link. STILL NOT FIXED. Running on Mac OS Monterey 12.5. There are numerous complaints about this bug but it never got fixed. It has become extremely annoying to me.

For example: When I'm working on a Washington Post (LATimes) crossword puzzle, the internal link to "settings" doesn't work on Firefox, but it does on Safari.

For example: When I'm on the website for my apartment building, the internal links to "maintenance requests" and "make payments" work on Safari but not on Firefox.
