Please my firefox appears to have crashed, or is not working how can i fix it. As i try to open firefox document a dialogue box appears saying that either the firefox is not designed to run or that i should reinstall firefox. Another dialogue box opens saying couldn: load XPCON

Cannot take screenshot of problem (pop up ms from Amazon via Firefox) . . as soon as I pick up the phone or attempt any action whatsoever, the message box disappears. And since I have a fingerprint access option on, the moment my finger touches the screen for full access there is no record of the message for screen capture. Also, if I do nothing, the screen goes black (normal, with time/date etc visible) within a few seconds after the message appears . . though it is waiting for me to touch the screen at which time it reappears again for a few seconds. So it is pick up the phone . . trigger motion detection . . message box appears . . wait a couple of seconds . . black screen . . touch or pick up the phone . . message box . . black screen etc. I can of course do the fingerprint scan and have full phone features, but the preliminary nag "box message" all the time bugs the hell out of me. In the text of my "complaint" I quoted what the message says, it is not from Firefox but does have a tiny Firefox logo upper left. The small rectangular window also has a left/right "full return" arrow (grayed out each one) with a black "pause" button in between the two arrows, and it is not grayed out. However nothing happens if I touch it. In very small print under the main text (first few words of my Amazon review) is a link to the Amazon page where I posted a review of a product. The message itself that I refer to is NOT from Firefox, but is comprised of the first few words of my review headline (not all of it but most) on the Amazon product comment review page. So even though the "content" of the unwanted message is from Amazon, the Firefox logo nevertheless appears (very tiny) in the upper left of the rectangular window, so it appears to be a composite error interaction between Firefox and Amazon. How to tell Firefox to stop posting it? Or how to tell Amazon that their software is somehow involved? I haven't a clue . . ! This is a re-written complaint . . the original one resulted in an email request from "Seburo" who asked for a screenshot, but did not provide a return email address that functioned. 2 Night ago I was on my Facebook page tonight I can not get on it say Firefox did not connect. I don't understand why because I was on 2 night ago and all was good. Firefox says it not a secure site Please help me I would really appreciate. Thank you Penny

I have been trying to log on to my router page for months! I was able to log-on once only. I have tried everything, with no luck. It seem as though Firefox is using AI within the browser for certain things... Why isn't there a better way to log-in to the Browser Page for using your router? it should not be so complicate being that many people use them.

I can play videos and audios on another browser or files stored on my computer, but just now I cannot on Firefox. I saw the FAQ explanation about Windows 7, but I have been using Firefox for years including just hours ago using Windows 7. Why would this happen right now? Did some new version just get installed? If so, can I return to the prior version and turn off the automatic update?

properly. A lot of the text comes out in very narrow columns. The problem happens quite often on eBay. Chrome does render it properly. Could you please look into this? Thanks, Jon

in Facebook when i try to to do avideo call to some one I can see me but not them it says they have joined but do not see them odly it works in Chrome but not mozilla > I even tried diabling a ll add on and still can not get i have no idea why i reinstalled the camera i am on window 7 as my 10 is broken

I added a few sites I frequently visit, such as banks, credit card company Google, to the exceptions list in Cookies And Site Data. When my version of Firefox was recently updated to 102.0.1, a few of those sites began asking for additional authentication because they didn't recognize my computer. So I added the recommended add-on, Cookie Quick Manager. and listed those sites as protected. This worked for a few days but Google and my credit card company again don't recognize my computer. I am not using a VPN.

I wonder why the latest browser does not have a Home Button.It is easier to close the blank browser with the Home Button.Closing the blank browser helps the system restart smoothly in the next session.

I've got the latest English (US) version of Firefox 108.0 from this website. The problem is with Windows crashing in few seconds after Firefox is launched. Although this trouble appeared yesterday (maybe after the automatic update of FF - I'm not sure).

Please advise any solution ASAP!

Windows 7 Home Extended SP1 64-bit. Now I'm using another browser to write this message.

I updated to new version 108.0.1 (64-bit) and found: icons for my extensions disappeared. Extensions exists and turned on, but toolbar don't show them. How can I restore them?
