Hello, I have the question while using Firefox.

When I browsing the websites via Firefox, I found that Firefox uses two groups in keyshare(x25519,secp256r1), while other browsers use single group(x25519) in the keyshare. So I tried to find where I can set up keyshare part in my Firefox, but I cannot find it.

Can you explain where can I find the setting for the keyshare in the Firefox?

Hello, I have encountered a lasting issue: Firefox' telemetry collection process causes a cmd window to pop up briefly. The windows sometimes lingers a split second later, and if I accidentally click it at that time, whatever program I'm in will get minimized and I'm back on the desktop with cmd window at front. You might want to have a look at that, I disable my telemetry for time being. Firefox version is 99.0.1 (64 bits), operating system is Win10 10.0.19043. Respond for other data you might need. I searched for an official portable version of firefox and one of the first results was this https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1247235 anyways this seems dissapointing since he says we should only download from official sources and at the same time there is no official portable version, can i be honest.. this sucks. You know time passed since that thread was created (3 years...) but still no offfical version, why?

Also, how are chances mozilla will work on a portable official version? any plans?

I need to know how to delete the entries which autofill when this webpage's indicated field in the screendump is clicked.

Thunderbird email is not recognizing my password - it has worked for years and tonight I cannot download mine or my husband's emails. It says my password does not match, but I have not changed it!

How do I update my password to email on thunderbird? I don't have this window that appears and ask you to put new password in. I also don't have any password saved in "saved password".

Please help!

I am getting this error message when opening Thunderbird: Login to server imap.xfinity.com with username at @comcast.net failed. I need to reset my password for the imap server. Thanks, Kevin

recently offered the Primary Password as simple security to all my programs. filled in my choice , wrote it down and put it "safe". now neither password nor backup can be retrieved. is there a recovery path?

For MANY years, and now your system wont let it load. I have spent over an hour going through the endless links in your "help" system with no help at all.

This site is not loading and the lock with the red line wont let me disable the darn thing.

If I have to choose between Firefox and being able to access what sites I want, then Firefox will lose the battle.

I have tried all your little "help" suggestions and none work. I have been a faithful Firefox customer for about 12 years, but the end of that era is quickly coming to a close.

For your sake, I hope this is something you can fix easily because that website has thousands of loyal customers that are having the same issue with you that I am now.

I just got a full page pop up with a link to "Update to the Latest Version of Firefox," which I did not click because I was suspicious. 1) Normally the notice to update is a small rectangle in the right upper corner. 2) I had just updated yesterday.

When I clicked the link again to test it, only the requested article opened.

The pop-up had the Firefox logo and appeared legitimate to me in every way.

Auto-fill works fine for all other sites logins. Google uses similar 2 step login layout, when I click in the username box a list of usernames for google site drops down. This does not happen with Airbnb.

The problem occurs in multiple profiles including a new profile set up to test, all history and cookies cleared. First the browser offers to save the login with username empty. (Manually filled in username then saved.) Then logged out, login page username is empty. Does not autofill even when I start typing the saved username.

What is causing this? Is it happening on the main .com site or just the .co.nz site?. ( I am unable to test the .com site because I am in New Zealand, airbnb.com site redirects automatically to airbnb.co.nz url above) How can I fix it please?

I have had it with Firefox playing cop. I really have. I have a site that I visit frequently but these past two updates have now broken my ability to sign into the site at all, even in private mode. All I get is the shield and human icons with the strike-through and the error message on the user name/password field that says: This Connection Is Not Secure. Logins Entered Here Could Be Compromised. Learn More.

I've hit the escape button, tried private windows, done everything I can including resetting which was my last resort and which I hate doing, there's no more whitelist, no way to bypass anything, this is totally unacceptable that I cannot get past this. Firefox is becoming more useless to me as they try to become more and more in control of what I can and cannot do. If there is no override to this, then I have to find a different browser because it's pretty useless to use one browser for some sites and another for other sites, don't you think? So if someone has a workaround for this problem, can you please tell me what it is?

I received an email from mozilla@m.mozilla.org. Is that legit? (I am wondering, why the m.mozilla?) It seemed legit and looked like it, when I clicked forward thanks much I did the offered authorization scan, but then became scared to proceed with the 2 step authorization

I am using build 100.0 Mac OSX Mojave 10.14.6. When I go to www.papajohns.com and try to login it goes nowhere. I tried looking up the problem, which was to go to Settings and allow cookies for that site and now I'm able to login. The additional problem I'm having is in the purchase page, I have put in all my information including credit card information. When I click place order, instead of completing the transaction, it takes me back to the same page I entered my payment information and never completes the transaction. I have tried it on my iPhone through Safari and I was able to login and complete the transaction. I would prefer to do this on my desktop computer running Firefox rather than my iPhone. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
