I had to reset my computer.

I had Firefox sync on it and in the past all I’ve had to do is login and it restores history bookmarks and setting when I install it on a new or reset device

It’s not doing it this time, any advice?

Hi there! Well, another company told my business partner that their product does not like Firefox so we should use Chrome and maybe Edge. First, that is a crock, but seems to be a standard answer from anyone in the business world, sadly. I would not trust Edge or Chrome, especially those two, if they were the last platforms on earth. So, help pretty please?

Is there a setting that we can use that will assist in using RSMeans Online Version so it will work more effectively? Whenever we get an error message or it just won't open, they blame it on Firefox.

I'm unable to open "t.co" links from Twitter on Firefox. I tried both in app browser from Twitter's feed and pasting the link directly into Firefox but can't get it to work. Links work normally on another browser.

I am trying to create a new Firefox account with it's own email to be separate from this Firefox account I am posting from. However, every time I try to follow the "sign up" buttons I get redirected to the login page where I enter what I want as the new account info and receive a "Primary email account required for sign in" The email I'm trying to use for my new account is NOT registered with Firefox and I am using a freshly installed version of the browser on a new PC so no extensions are interfering.

I feel like this would be a better approach to adblockinv on Firefox Focus. I love this browser but it's built-in adblocker will often block important elements by mistake, or leave out certain things. Ublock Origin is a very powerful and memory effecient adblocker already part of the main Android app. It's more intuitive to use, has lists which are constantly updated and it can block elements with an element picker. I'm suggesting for it to be used instead as I think it'd be a much better approach to adblocking on Firefox Focus. What do you think?

Can't get a login page to load on Synchrony Bank for Amazon Credit Card since update. Using Google Chrome to get into my account. Called Synchrony, they say it's Firefox since update. Can't call anyone at Firefox, no phone numbers available nor do they provide an email address, not right. How do I get someone at Firefox to fix this problem?

Hi, every time i upload csv file to run in local outbox, it sends email on the basis of time . Is there anyway to sort emails by correspondent name and send it accordingly.

• I know i can rearrange emails in csv before uploading it to local outbox. still, i would like to understand, if there is any way to arrange emails by correspondent name and send accordingly.

Is there anyway to reset the dates or remove the dates from drafts. i have multiple emails to send, and for some reason , I would like to either give same date/time to the selected emails or completely remove it.

Recent update 91.9.1 (32-bit) has seemingly removed "insert link" function. It is no longer in the pull down menu, nor does CTRL+K respond with the entry box for placing a hyperlink in the message.

This has been working fine for me for many years, I know how to do it, so no elementary instructions are necessary. The function is gone, and no way to invoke it.

Windows 10.0.10944; yes, I know I am on a 64-bit platform but the 32-bit version has been running very reliably .. since forever.

I tried printing in FIREFOX while using PDF and receipts from Amazon and HP. each time the fonts are HUGE, but not if I use Chrome or Edge. Tried your suggestions and that didn't help. I see another user has had the same exact issue with no avail. I'd really like to get this issued fixed. I like FIREFOX and want to use it whenever possible, but being unable to print makes it a problem. I would appreciate a real solution. Thank you in advance, Alan.

I can't seem to open certain links - especially in Gmail if I click on a link it won't open. Anything that requires me to upload from my computer - it won't bring up the dialog box. I can't download PDF's from Firefox. I then have to go to chrome to do the same thing without a problem.

This issue only started happening once I updated Firefox 3 weeks ago.

Every day I am interrupted by McAfee with daily notifications across my screen saying they have detected a virus and to sign up with them. I have NEVER been a customer of McAfee and would like these nuisances to stop. Is there a way I can ban them from my pc. Thank you.

Please turn off the download drop down menu that appears every time I do a download...if you cant do that then give your users the option of turning it off or on...

I refreshed Firefox and all my passwords disapeared even though it stated they would be saved. I followed online instructions and copied and pasted the old data into the new profile. Although I can see the old login data is there nothing shows up in the saved passwords section in settings. HELP! all my passwords are badly required as I have no other record.

Just recently I am getting blocked on web sites I have used many times. In the last 2 days I have been blocked on www.lowes.com and www.autotrader.com. WHY......how do I undo this....these are not the only ones but just the most recent.
