After upgrading to 115.8.1 , Tbird will only send immediately after startup, otherwise I get the choice to Save (draft) or abandon.

I have tried changing the various TLS options, and now continue to use the ones that have always historically worked.

What is causing this. Rather inconvenient

Hi, I have very frequent Mozilla Thunderbird Crashes on the site. I have noticed that it appears mostly/all the time? when some emails are being deleted, if that makes any sense. This is more of an annoyance, than a critical issue. Just in 2024 the log shows over 100 submitted crash reports. The "good news" is that Thunderbird goes to the "restart and/or quit" option icon for a a fast restart. So any thoughts, suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you . Gerry K.

I'm having periodic, random corruption of my Inbox. I have tried deleting the index file and recreating it. No help.

I read previous conversations and, frequently, the advice is to turn off your virus checker. Turning off Norton 360 is not acceptable, unless there is an alternate way of preventing viruses entering through email. Is there another way to handle the problem?

I have about 3500 emails in my Inbox. Could there be a bug that shows up when the Inbox gets big?

I'm running Windows 10 and I have no other corruption problems or oddities on the machine.
