Why you create Mozilla account with sync, if I can't use profile which I saved on my old PC. I change my PC and now I can't use my open tabs as needed, I need to open each tab one by one. Why ??? Why I can't use saved profile on my new PC ??????

Secure Connection Failed

An error occurred during a connection to www.healthpartners.com. Certificate path length constraint is invalid.

Error code: SEC_ERROR_PATH_LEN_CONSTRAINT_INVALID

This seems to be caused by Firefox. I don't have this problem with Edge, Chrome or Opera

I've had no issues with Firefox Sync on desktop but frequent issues on Android.

Yesterday, it failed in a different way, announcing that I needed to sign into Sync. I've tried a dozen times yesterday and today using both QR scan and email confirmation. All fail in various ways. For example:

• After scanning QR code: "500 Error Oh dear, something went wrong there"
• After scanning QR code: "Pairing not successful. Error while creating the pairing channel"
• After scanning QR code and approving on mobile device and desktop, desktop says success, but phone stays on "Approval now required from your other device" Interestingly this page isn't open in the normal browser. If I click the three dot menu, it says "POWERED BY FIREFOX, Open in Firefox"

Any tips on getting Firefox Sync to work. I don't see any troubleshooting sections in the online help articles.
