Hi, I check my storage for large folders and I came across folder inside Firefox profile called "cert-revocations" and its size is more than 400MB, can I delete it safely? What cons of deleting this folder? and why Firefox doesn't clean this folder periodically?

I've noticed if I have the same label setup on 2 pc's and I label a couple of mails on 1 pc, it doesn't sync with the other one and vice versa. Is there a way to make them sync? Rather annoying.

IfI reopen Firefox, it shows the content of open webbrowser tabs but no URL is seen. Only after I switch forwards and back again it can be seen again.

I can not upload a short screen video to show it.

Hi I Can not remove Bookmarks. I test all usual ways but nothing happened!i first i test manage Bookmarks and select delete but it did not work... then i made my own account and nothing change... steal i can not delete bookmarks.

Hi, I am not enter the our Uni pages that have yildiz.edu.tr extensions. The Firofox Mobile for Android say me "Connection is not secure". I must enter this sites because i am a student in this Uni. I closed Enhanced Tracking Protection and disabled Add-ons but still dosen't enter. I used diffrent browsers to enter. What should i do?

Hello, My PGP key for one of my accounts stopped working while I was trying to draft a message. At first, the message said that my PGP key couldn't be located and thus my draft could not be saved (I believe I have all my drafts mandated to save as encrypted). I decided to delete the key from Thunderbird and try re-importing it. At first, it said the key had been imported successfully. However, when trying to select the key from my account page, nothing comes up. It's just blank. I quit Thunderbird several times and re-opened, only to get the same result. Now, after my most recent app restart, Thunderbird simply won't import my PGP key at all. Other accounts still have their PGP keys active, but not this one. I'm at a loss. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Is this a new bug? I'm running the latest version of Thunderbird (91.8.0 (64-bit)) on macos. I've attached images. Please help! Thanks!!

Opened Thunderbird yesterday afternoon - all as normal no problems, nothing wrong. Opened Thunderbird last night - all accounts and emails disappeared TB asking for "new account setup" Tried to resolve by renaming the default profile to my profile Every time I set the new profile to "default" and restart TB reverts to the original default?

Often when browsing I find that when i want to use spacebar it does something i don't want it to do, which is advance the page downwards, like the "page down" button. I'd like to change that to something else, like maybe the page down key. Thanks.

I signed up to try Firefox's VPN. It did not load properly and I have not used it. In thinking about it, I use my PC so seldom and I really don't need it. I want to stop the VPN and get a refund of my money for the trial period. I have never used it anyway. Thanks for any help. It is not easy to get help from Firefox.

I cannot find anything definitive on this. Is it possible to get Firefox for iOS to auto fill credit card information on my iPhone? I find some articles, but they always reference back to a computer, or don't answer the question. I love firefox, but I need cc autofill like Chrome, Egde, and Safari have. Greetings... I would like to increase the font size in right click menu box in FF 89.0 (64-bit) (see attached png)

and based on that exchange I added the following to userChrome.css file

I closed and reopened FF. This change has no effect on the menu font no matter what font-size value I enter. Have I done something wrong?

I am using TB under Ubuntu 22.04 ONLY because Gnome Evolution is requiring OAuth2 for IMAPX accounts that don't provide such authorization. TB and Outlook 365 (under Win 10) don't have that problem.

TB has a major, major problem in that it will not keep constant font, font-size, and line-spacing when I write or reply to emails. Why can't TB hold an exact font size (e.g., Arial 11). and line spacing (single) when I compose or reply to emails. I have seven (7) email accounts and I should not have to worry about having to set properties for each.

Double checked - Name, email address and password by coping them and then pasting them in the boxes. I have one email working from the same supplier. incoming Host outlook.office365.com POP3 Port 995 outgoing Host smtp.office365.com Port 587 IMAP Port 993

I don't know what's going on but I can't login to my bank I have to use chrome. Truist.com And I've used nothing but Firefox for 10yr.. Latest FF for Android on LG phone, desktop is down.. Help..

We got an alert when opening Firefox on our iMac yesterday suggesting we "refresh" and that bookmarks and saved passwords would not be affected. After the refresh, bookmarks were retained but all passwords wiped out. Further, as we painstakingly looked up or created new passwords on sites and entered them, the usual Firefox alert would come up asking if we wanted to save the new log-in, user name and password on each site, we'd select "yes" and then find none of them saved. Can anyone advise us? We're rebuilding our saved passwords on Chrome now but have had Firefox as out primary browser for over a decade.

Being a decade user of Firefox I must say that I started to hate it because the last editions hide the choice for enabling or disabling javascript. The stupid comand "about:config" leads nowhere and all previous answers are absurd. Why Mozilla decided to hide the option " turn on / turn off" javascript? It turned a previously great navigator into a stupid user unfriendly useless software. I use the internet for over 40 years and Firefox has always been my favourite. What obscure financial reasons made developers decide to hide the simple option of earlier editions? Please put back the "on/off" option for javascript. Untill then I'll use Chrome.

The installed Firefox icon does not take me to the Firefox homepage. The default language is unreadable(to me). Without the ability to access Firefox homepage, I cannot access Settings, which leaves me dead in the water. Ideally, I'd like to start from scratch. I don't want to give up on Firefox, but right now, I can't even refresh, let alone cancel outright. Please help. -Patrick Branin

Hey, i just came home from work, started firefox and got suprised by the latest update...and another suprise. My entire Firefox got WIPED, i mean.. EVERYTHING. booksmarks, passwords, settings. I'm sitting here with an totally clean, like new installed firefox...and i'm angry AF right now.
