I am unable to use my bill pay with my bank using Firefox browser. However, I am able to use it logging on with Microsoft Edge. What has changed with Firefox recently? This has only become a problem as of today.

Hello, PG&E just updated their webpage and it doesn't allow me to sign in. It informs me that Fire Fox isn't a compatible browser, all other websites are fine. It suggests Chrome as the preferred browser. We pay our utilities through their site and we enjoy Fire Fox.Can anyone help resolve this issue? Thanks

A white horizontal line in the top of the screen, whilst watching movies in tv5mondeplus.com. This issue happens when installed the recent update 129.0.

Tested in other browsers and doesn't appear the white horizontal line on top.

Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra running latest Android update and latest Firefox update. I set Firefox as my default browser. I have un-installed all updates for Samsung Internet and removed all permissions for it. Disabling it is greyed out. Some apps that I use have links to websites. Too frequently, when I go to one of those links, the intro screen for Samsung Internet opens. Then, when I look at the settings in Firefox it is no longer set as the default. Then I set Firefox to default and go to my phone settings to see that Firefox is selected as the default. If I open the previously mentioned app and choose the web link, Firefox will open. But somewhere along the way, the default changes back to Samsung Internet and it's a vicious circle. I have posted in a Samsung forum but haven't gotten a reply that solved the problem. Please help. As noted by others about recently-prior versions of Firefox, version 129 ALSO fails to play videos (on Amazon Prime) at HD even though other browsers, Chrome and Edge as examples, work perfectly well. This problem MAY have started with a fairly recent version of Firefox (like 127 or 128). See the post right here by another user, earlier Firefox version, with the EXACT same problem:

Since 129.01 i cannot play HD Videos on amazon any longer. This Problem happened alot over the years. It really goes on my nerve. The only reason i cannot get rid of spyware like chrome is because its the only method to watch amazon videos reliably. SD only works, Widevine also had an update yesterday, so maybe its part of the problem. Anyway, did a Firefox reset, testet on another windows machine. Does not work anymore. Please fix it.

I already turned pff the graphic tab preview, but the tab title still pops up when I move my mpuse pointer on a tab. I do not need this and find it terribly annoying. How do I completely deactive this?

Greetings, Mozilla Community I'm contacting you to ask for help with a problem I'm having with Mozilla Firefox that comes up when I try to visit https://deraltersrechner.de/. It won't load, and I'm not sure if that's because of a bug in the website, a browser issue, or something else entirely.

Does anyone else have knowledge of this problem or recommendations for a fix? I've attempted removing addons and cleaning the cache in my browser, but the issue still exists.

I would be grateful for any advice or ideas on improving the usability of the website. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

I'm having problems with a website constantly asking me to accept cookie permissions. It happens on some other sites occasionally, but this particular site is one that I use each day.

When I visit the site I get the cookie permissions box. I click accept all cookies. No matter how many links I click I am presented with the box yet again. It doesn't happen with Chrome, Edge or Brave.

I cannot print from Firefox. It worked fine, and then stopped. I'm not sure what changed. It doesn't matter what printer I use. Even printing to PDF fails. No errors appear, and nothing shows up in the printer queue. All the other applications in Windows print just fine. It's just Firefox. And just for this one Windows user.

I tried clearing the saved printer settings in the about:support page. I tried refreshing Firefox. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Firefox. I tried uninstalling, removing the mozilla folder in %appdata%, and reinstalling Firefox. No luck.

The only time I can get it to print anything is to log into a different user account on this same PC. Printing from Firefox seems to work then.

It seems there is some user-specific printer setting/file/whatever that is messed up. I'm not sure what else to try.

For many years, I have paid my telephone bill on-line using Firefox. Suddenly, I can on longer access <frontier.com> using Firefox. Chrome works find using the very same URL. But once inside the home page for Frontier, I can no longer login using Firefox. Grateful for any help. Thanks Email removed for privacy reasons

Suddenly, two of my email accounts are showing blank messages on Firefox, but are fine on other browsers. I'm using Firefox 128.1 ESR. I recently updated Firefox from 128 ESR to 128.1 ESR.

On one of them Ctrl-A highlights the main body of the email (GMX Mail) and then reloads itself and shows okay, but I'm not going to continue to use it like that.

The other one, I can manually highlight the otherwise invisible text, but then it just goes away again, and this is my main email (Proton Mail), so it is unusable in Firefox.

How do I remove the last ESR update? Do I have to switch browsers permanently or is this fixable?

Netzero says I am located in Phoenix, Az. I am in Tucson, Arizona. It won't let me change it. I have tried numerous times but to no avail. What is the solution to this? I am going crazy trying to rectify this on my own.

I use Lastpass to manage my passwords. I have always accessed the Lastpass facility via the Lastpass Extension. However it's just stopped functioning (in the last week). I click on the extension (top right of my browser screen). It invites me to click on 'Vault'. But when I do, It takes me to an empty Lastpass page. (See screenshot, attached.) When I use this same approach using Google Chrome - no problem. So the problem seems to be with the Firefox platform.
