As noted by others about recently-prior versions of Firefox, version 129 ALSO fails to play videos (on Amazon Prime) at HD even though other browsers, Chrome and Edge as examples, work perfectly well. This problem MAY have started with a fairly recent version of Firefox (like 127 or 128). See the post right here by another user, earlier Firefox version, with the EXACT same problem:

Good evening, since I switched to the latest version of FireFox (129.0), I can no longer stream movies or live shows on Mycanal, only Netflix works. In addition, my Google searches sometimes don't come up, the tab opens and nothing happens. When I receive a link by Mail and I click on it, it doesn't work. I've been using FireFox for 15 years and this is the first time I've encountered these problems (I specify that I have the Avast one antivirus), could this be the cause? I updated to version 129.0 and Hulu stopped streaming and news video imbedded in news articles will no longer load. I have removed and reinstalled Firefox and cleared all cache. It is affecting my desktop and laptop. Both operating systems are windows 10 64 bit. I made sure the Firefox download was 64 bit. The problem is not the websites as they will load and attempt to load content but it behaves as if it is being blocked. It is not my antivirus because I have turned is off and there is no difference.
