With the new Firefox I lost my old bookmarks. How can I reintroduce them into the homepage?

When i mouse wheel click the bookmark folder, it always switches to the first tab when doing so. This notably doesn't happen when i click the non-folder bookmark. Is there a way not to have this behavior ?

I used to use Firefox as my standard browser until this issue occurred some years ago. I can no longer add, edit, or see any bookmarks I previously had. When I start the browser, I'm met with an error message (see below), which then sends me to the site in the image below. The title roughly translates to: "The System for Bookmarks and Browser History is Non-Functional". I've tried following these steps in the past with no change regarding this issue, and I've had to switch back to Chrome. I've also tried uninstalling and reinstalling Firefox, but the issue persists.
Has anyone else encountered this?

I can save a bookmark, then see it in Firefox for desktop computer via Sync. I need editing the tags for the bookmark when creating it. Something similar was possible with Pocket (now EOL). How could I do? Is there some place on which suggest a feature request?

Recently switched from Chrome and in Chrome I would open my "Other Bookmarks" folder and middle click a bunch of bookmarks which would open them up in a new tab without switching to that tab or closing the "Other bookmarks" folder.
Is there a way I can replicate this on Firefox? Because at the moment, middle clicking the bookmarks does nothing. This is not about the bookmarks bar at the top.

Clicking "bookmark current tab " does not offer dropdown menu to assign bookmark location. Clicking "bookmark current tab" places bookmark in last used bookmark folder. Workaround is to "edit bookmark" and assign desired location.

I want to move file back to original place. It is a working file called Staffplanner USA East Coast, I would like to move it back under the Bookmark heading
