Unable to run firefox. I get the error message. (see attached screenshot) After terminating firefox processes, I attempted to create a new profile. and see an error message. (see attached screenshot)

I've recently had a little video window appear in the bottom right corner of my browser screen. I can't find any control link to eliminate it other than closing it manually every time it appears. Where did it come from and how do I get rid of it?

Please refund m money for the yearly subscription amount which I never agreed to purchase . I sent 3-3 messages asking for a refund. When I pushed the submit button it won’t allowed me

Process is below: 1. I can successfully navigate to add-ins and choose and add-in to download 2. I can successfully click Add to Thunderbird 3. The screen in the attachment below is shown 4. I cannot get past this screen. If i click Add nothing happens and Thunderbird eventually shuts down.

I am using Debian Linux in a virual env on chromebook currently on version 115.10.1 (64-bit) of thunderbird.

Need to be able to download TBSYNC and the appropriate add-ins to get caldav and Exchange active sync to work. PLEASE HELP :)

Most of the time I cannot print my emails because an "add blocker" is installed. So now, I no longer use Firefox, since when I use Microsoft, I have no such problem.

I understand the basic differences between unread folders and unified folders what I don't understand is why two of nine my accounts are listed in both unified folders and unread (see circled in red) how do I remove the two accounts from unified folders or

add more to it
and what makes it confusing is that the subfolders aren't the same when listed in unified or unread

Just switching between inboxes can cause up to a 10 second delay with Thundebird "not responding" with the spinning wheel. It has been like this for the last few laptops I've had and through all the updates and I am getting ready to call it quits. I am using a primary gmail imap account, an office 365 imap account, and another imap account from an ISP.

I recently purchased a new laptop and needed to migrate my old Thunderbird profiles. This is what I did: 1. Backed up profiles from old laptop 2. downloaded and installed latest version of Thunderbird on new laptop 3. coped profiles into \roaming directory 4. tested and successfully received emails and viewed all old emails.

The problem is that the Mail toolbar is nowhere to be found. Also, the calendar is missing. I tried right clicking on empty space and it only showed "menu bar" as an option. Attachment shows nothing in the toolbars option of View dropdown.

Thank you for your assistance in advance. Since I updated my browser, I've encountered some issues when trying to maximize the virtual screen in my tv. I use a Mac and connect the screen to a web TV to watch YouTube in my big tv. However, when I click to maximize the window, the connection becomes unstable, and the virtual screen disappears every time I click the YouTube icon to do this. This problem never occurred before. I would appreciate your help in resolving this issue. Please let me know if you require any additional information from me.

The reminder function quit working...nothing at all

I'll add an appointment ask for a reminder, but nothing happens however it used to work

I used to get a reminder email as well as a notice sent to my phone, but now nothing to include the folks I have invited to the event. No reminders for anyone. I have checked Notify Attendees and Separate Invitation per attendee on the Edit Event pop up the by nothing I do seems to work.

The goal is to get the reminder to the phone screen(s) and emails.

Hello, I did look for related posts but found nothing close enough to this so I thought I would create a post. I don't ever recall having this issue before v102 was introduced but now it happens once in a while but not always.

If I am in the inbox of my main mail account and choose to delete a message, it goes away and then reappears almost immediately. There is a box that shows up at the bottom right of the screen that says: The current operation on inbox did not succeed. The mail server for account (my main mail account is shown) responded: UID MOVE failed. This account is in Canada on the Bell Canada network so perhaps it is an ISP issue?

I have 3 mail accounts set up - all IMAP. If I close TB and reopen it, the message is gone as if it required the program to close in order to complete the delete request.

If anyone has experienced this and has any suggestions or tips, it will be greatly appreciated. - Thanks, Mike

Today, most of messages have suddenly disappeared from my TB inbox, leaving only the most recent 105 out of approx. 18,000. I have not performed any operations (compacting, archiving...) that could have caused this.

I immediately invoked the 'Repair Folder' command, which did not resolve the problem. Further investigation revealed that the 'Inbox' file ('Profiles' folder) actually contains only 105 messages - seems like the 'Repair Folder' truncated the file!

Fortunately, all the messages are still on the server. My question: Is there a method to 'force' reloading of the missing messages?

I get this Error message when I try to send emails from my outlook email address in Thunderbird. Basically asking me to enter a Password to login to office365 server ! My Password is correct, and has not been changed recently.

Any ideas please ?

Hello. Our organization is experiencing an issue where sound settings are not carrying over correctly to Firefox. Specifically, this is with speaker settings. In multiple calling platforms (tested in Genesys Cloud and Teams), we are not able to adjust the settings for the speaker that audio plays from. We can adjust the default microphone setting, but not the speaker setting. This is only occurring in Firefox (works fine in Edge and Chrome).

Additionally, we've tried adjusting the default audio settings by going to Windows > Sound settings > App volume and device preferences, and changing the settings specifically for Firefox on this page. This does not work. When we check Teams or Genesys Cloud, it seems like Firefox is just picking any default without a rhyme or reason.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I am a Salesforce (improveit! 360) user, exclusively browsing with Firefox for over 12 years without any problems. The most recent Firefox update 125.0.2 (64-bit) has caused an issue with my staff calendar. I have reached out to improveit! 360 they are a force.com developer and they will not help, said the error is caused by Firefox interpreting the code. I have figured out a work around to get the calendar to load correctly for a short term solution. Below is a screenshot of the error, any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am running Thunderbird on WIndows 10. I have eight different email accounts, but only one profile.

This morning on startup, all accounts and folders were gone and the "open your account" tab was open.

After several hours of frantic searching on the net, I took the most recent profile "prefs-9" and used it to overwrite "prefs.js" This brought back all my local folders and saved emails.

However, the email accounts used to be Wotsit@gmail followed by Inbox, Sent, Draft etc. Now the first account name has been moved, leaving behind its old Inbox, Sent etc with the correct email count but nothing at all in the right hand pane. The account header has re-appeared amongst other account headers but with nothing in the Inbox, Sent etc.

What I need to do is make all the emails visible in the "headerless" section, and return the correct header above them.

Here is what it sort of looks like -

Inbox (3) 2100 Sent 998 Drafts

Then further down after other accounts - Wotsit@gmail.com Inbox Sent Drafts

How can I move the Wotsit header back to where it should be?

Concurrent with the most recent automatic windows update (may or may not be the problem), Firefox with duck-duck-go will not go to almost any site. All I get is a spinning icon or a blank page, not even any error messages. This was even true trying to go to this page until I restarted in trouble shooting mode. Until I can get Firefox working again I have been using Chrome with duck-duck-go. Note any search, i.e. 'hotels in Italy' or even 'MSN' do the same: spinning icon or blank page!! Any help would be appreciated. Also I noticed that my bookmarks were missing and there was no bookmarks drop-down on my tools line. I have run malware bytes and it showed clean, same with CCleaner. I have re-installed Firefox; no difference. Please help. and also, any way to find and replace my extensive bookmarks list? I have reduced my privacy to near zero and turned off firewalls and all limits I could find while testing for that. That did not change anything.

On YouTube the video will start playing but the rectangle it should be in will still be black, refreshing usually works. Sometimes a video will simply stop playing. Sometimes i have to close all apps and restart the browser twice to get it to work. Sometimes trying to go to full screen will crash the app. Sometimes popping the app out of full screen into a floating window crashes it. This one is new, it's the uploaded screenshot, it crashed mid video and made the video look funny.
