Hi there. I just now rebooted my Mac system after a crash. Thunderbird was the first application that I opened. However, even before opening Thunderbird, it automatically opened my Chrome web browser with an appeal to "help keep Thunderbird alive." (https://www.thunderbird.net/en-US/thunderbird/115.0/appeal/) Unfortunately, what this did to me was to lose my ability to restore all my previously open windows and tabs from my pre-crash Chrome session. I was able to recover a few from "recently closed" in the History tab. But dozens upon dozens of other, older windows and tabs are now completely irrecoverable. This, as you can imagine, is not a happy thing.

When I open Thunderbird, I want to open Thunderbird. *NOT* my web browser. I've had occasional, similar issues in the past from other products, but I never expected to run into such behavior from a Mozilla product. Please change your practices so that this doesn't happen again. Thank you kindly.

Buonasera, stamattina non funzionando le mail in arrivo in Thundebird, ho riparato la cartella a seguito di un messaggio arrivato dal vostro portale dove mi diceva: spazio archiviazione terminato. Effettuata la procedura i messaggi in entrata hanno iniziato a funzionare regolarmente ma mi sono accorto che tutte le mail nella cartella posta in arrivo erano prive di testo. I have Windows 11 and the Firefox 124.0.2 browser. I cannot update to the latest version of Firefox. I receive an error message "Failed to update". I've uninstalled and reinstalled the browser, ran the install utility selecting update, nothing seems to work. Please help

Hello,

When I go to update Firefox through the settings > general > firefox updates > check for updates, I am getting the error in the title. I can manually download the app installer and update to the most current version which is what I did for version 125.0.1, yesterday.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling firefox, installing the beta branch, refreshing firefox, running in troubleshooting mode, completely deleting all user firefox files, and I still get the error. No DNS resolver issues to the update server. No firewall issues. No network blocking (tested with other devices).

This issue started after March update to 124.0.1 and continues to current stable release 125.0.1.

This issue also seems to extend to checking for extension updates.

If I have many tabs open, and pull one away, instead of the previous tab saying in focus, it clicks to a different tab.

If I have 5 tabs open:

1. Tab1
2. Tab 2
3. Tab 3
4. Tab 4
5. Tab 5

I'm focused on Tab 3. If I pull Tab 5 away, it snaps me into Tab 4 even though I was previously on a different tab.

I think this isn't a bug but not desired?

I need help with an abusive administer he only an administer because he stole my e-commerce operating system in 2017 by putting malware on to my keyboard port so no key board would type I could not stop him I was originally hacked in 2014 I shut down my system that was unopened at the time for two years until I had gone through 25 devices because the abusive administer put malware onto all my devices and ruined them this has got to stop u just won money I can’t get into my google account because he changed my password and took my phone numbers because of so I can change the password to get into it I have about 25 google accounts for this reason every time something good happens and money is involved he takes my accounts so it don’t happen this isn’t the firsts time he has done this very same thing some one has to stop this criminal He takes Money off my cards and spends my money how much more of this do I have to put up with he is not an administer he is a hacking thief and I demand help

Hi, Hope you all are doing well. I recently checked my website [removed] on different browsers. Website is working fine with most of the browser, but when i checked it on Firefox i got an error in DevTools "Image corrupt or truncated". What does it mean? This is a category image and present on sidebar of website. But all other images are same, i mean with same size and format. Why exactly this image is creating an issue?

My name is Rebecca Soto, I am being harassed by Google and/or government. IThey interfere with my interactions on the internet on Iany network or any devise while I use your private browsing. I have used your services like Firefox for years because I believe in your privacy policy. My advances to change my bank password online are useless, as soon as I fill out the information the web page I click submit and they redirect me to the previous page where it is blank again while I'm on incognito on Firefox. One simple password reset that takes 1 minute becomes a whole afternoon of loss and frustration. All because I wanted to report a concern about the drinking water in my area might have been contaminated. I believe in freedom of speech and the right to use the web privately. These people interfere with the settings on incognito mode and save my history. Use my private information on Facebook messenger , all on your private browsing Firefox app, inappropriately to influence my husband to leave me which they have accomplished. I am extremely insulted to be an American citizen today. We are suppose to respect the constitutional rights of all United States citizens and I can not understand why they chose to harass me? Honestly I believe this is a hate crime because I am Hispanic and Apache Natiive American Indian. I mean I hate to remind you that your company also runs the risk of a lawsuit that can impact this company for someone else's ignorance? This is why I am contacting you to please give my situation some attention and to take this serious. I have tons of screenshots and cell phone that have been disabled different devices connected to my Gmail. My issue is that I have a huge amount of likes in my Instagram interactions and I would prefer to not have to just manually scroll. There are extensions that if the scrollbar is at the edge of my browser screen they all work. but sadly if its a scrollbar not at the edge of my browser screen they do not take affect.

It's my cellphone

When I delete 1 email, it happens quickly. When I delete 5 emails, it takes about 10 seconds. When I delete 40 emails, it takes 2+ minutes, when I delete 100+ emails, it takes 7+ minutes. What's going on? Seems to me emails, no matter how many I delete, should be deleted very quickly. What can I do to speed up the delete process?

Thunderbird stopped receiving emails from our yahoo accounts on 10-05-23 but still receives mail to gmail account. Can send from yahoo accounts and recipient receives them but the messages do not show up in thunderbird "sent" folder.
