On my copy of Firefox for Android, I have had issues with the "Jump Back In" feature, where the preview image doesn't match the site listed in the description. I think it is that the site is the last one used, but the preview is the site preview from the second-to-last site rather than latest. This is confusing. Clicking the link takes you back to the last site visited correctly, so it looks like the preview is the bit that is wrong. After clicking a few sites back and forth, it sometimes gets the preview to show correctly for a while and show the right site, but it always seems to break again and lag behind on the preview again.

See attached image as an example. Description shows Minute Cryptic websitr being last visited (which is correct), however preview shows a Google Search, even though that was second to last tab visited.

Any thoughts or things I can test?

This is latest Firefox for Android (146.0.2) on Android 10. This has been happening for me for many months.

For some reason after an update I lost the ability to access my collections. I can add new pages to my collection but have no way to access them. The option to add it to my homepage is now gone.

Hi, Since the last update for Mozilla on the laptop (updated on 6/Oct/2025 - version 143.0.4 (64-bit)), all the shortcuts to websites in Firefox homepage I had pinned have disappeared. Also I can't add new shortcuts. I already have shortcuts enabled in Settings>Home>Firefox Home Content>Shortcuts.

Does anyone know how to solve this?

Hello, due to problems with the Firefox Beta (for Android), I switched to the stable version. However, with this version I also encounterd some problems, mainly regarding the homepage: In the beta version collections are displayed (at the bottom) of the homepage. In my stable version, I cannot see the collections at all. I can still add sites to collections, and when doing so, all my collections are shown but I don't know how to access them. I could not find anything about it in the settings. Is this the regular behavior? If not, how can I change it?

Last week my collections just disappeared from the home screen of Firefox. I used them as bookmark folders, so now it's quite inconvenient. Is it a bug or a new feature, how do I access my collection in Android?

On my Samsung Tablet, the Firefox landing page used to have the pinned shortcuts displayed. Now don't even get the landing page, just a Google Search line and Firefox message about leaving no traces.

My page with shortcuts no longer shows? And when l tried to save my shortcuts again l get the message l am not allowed to because the page is full! But where can l find if, though?

I keep getting unwanted [expletive] like news stories I don't want on android Firefox I DONT WANT THIS [expletive]. GET IT OFF MY PHONE AND OFF MY APPS!!!! !!!!? O don't want to see this [expletive] whenever I open the app. Fix it.

(IOS) Am I having a stroke here or is something wrong? When I was on a webpage before and wanted to go to another website, I could click the marker in the browser line, delete the address and I could just click on my shortcuts from the main page. I don’t know if there has been an update or something but now I am no longer able to access the shortcuts directly!? Only if I open a new tab I can now access my shortcuts. Anyone else having issues?

Would it be possible in your next release/update to allow us to put our collections into alphabetical order for ease of finding if you have a lot. Thanks in advance. Chris

Until a few weeks (or days) ago, tapping the address bar opened the homepage. Now, it opens search. Is there a way to go back to opening the homepage?

Followup: when activating the setting to show shortcuts in the address bar, only the first two shortcuts are shown - can I get Firefox to show more?

I have various shortcuts saved on the shortcut page comes up after logging in. Its set to 2 rows.. I use it every day. Used it this morning and working perfectly. Been out and when I came back the page is totally blank. I've tried sytem restore to 5th October but makes no difference. I use Windows 10 and read that Firefox are continuing to support Windows 10 I'm visually impaired and use a desktop PC with a large screen. I'm not PC techically knowledgeable. How do I restore my shortcuts or how do I re create them?

Previously, in the shortcut screen, you could swipe left right to display the other eight shortcuts. This no longer works. I have to tap showall to display all the shortcuts. Additionally the showall setting should be remembered, you shouldn't have to do two taps to get to the second list. After the update yesterday, all of the pinned icons/links on my home page have been rearranged or replaced with others. I restarted the computer and also closed the browser and opened it. Still messed up, I have several that are the same link and some that are missing.

Any way to get them back in order other than trying to figure out what is not there and resetting it all up again.
