I have several different local calendars set up in my Thunderbird. I want to unsubscribe to a specific one. When I select "Unsubscribe from Selected Calendar" from the Events and Tasks drop down, the Calendar selected is not the one I want to subscribe from. How do I select the Calendar I want to unsubscribe from prior to selecting that menu option. I have searched through the forums and have found references to opening a Calendar tab and right clicking on the left pane to select a Calendar. When I right click on the Calendar tab, I just get the options to Open in New tab or close the current tab. I'm not understanding something and I'd appreciate any clarification on this step. I am including a screen shot that shows the Unsubscribe screen. The calendar that is selected is my Google calendar, but I don't want to unsubscribe from Google. I want to unsubscribe from a duplicate local calendar. How do I do that?

I have a calendar in thunderbird that synchronizes with my Synology calendar. How can I open the url, user name and password or delete the existing link to my calendar and make a new one which references my synology url etc.

Hello, i want to integrate my dates from a Google Calendar on my smart phone (Samsung) in the calendar from Thunderbird (Version 147.0.2 64 Bit). Is it possible an how to do it? Greetings from Horst

The task notification dialog does not show up, when Thunderbird starts and a task is overdue. It did so until some time in the autumn 2025.

The dialog shows up if Thunderbird is running when it is time for the reminder.

Is this changed behavior or a bug?

I am new to a Mac (1 year now) and am trying to make Thunderbird work for me as I have not been happy with other mail clients. I am struggling through a few things.

I like to navigate by keyboard if possible. In the Calendar tab using a month or multi week view, the "[" and "]" move month by month or week by week in multi-week view. How do I move to the next day or two using the keyboard?

The month at a glance format was great. This new format(s) Feels like you fixed something that was not broken. I liked the old format. How can I get back to it?

For the past few days when I open Thunderbird I get a message "https://caldav.one.com is requesting your username and password." (see attachment). I've never signed up for Caldav so I don't have a username or password. If I hit "Cancel" it proceeds as normal. If I enter my email address and log-in password it also proceeds as normal. In either case I have to go through the same process every time I open Thunderbird.

I am new to Thunderbird and have my non outlook email account added and set up. During install I failed to add the calendar associated with the email.

How can I add this email calendar now?

Thunderbird Mobile (for Android) is missing support for iMIP/iTIP (calendar invitation) response emails. For context I will add that in Thunderbird Desktop when a calendar event attendee has responded to an invite the resulting email message shows a highlighted text about the status of the response. There is also a button to either update the event when the response has yet to be processed or show the details of the event when it has been already processed. This capability is missing in Thunderbird Mobile (for Android). Please add it to the feature list as it annoying to have to lay hands on a laptop just to update a calendar event. Thank you.

I'm a retired IT Tech and supported MS Outlook with Exchange for years. Lately I've tired of the constant bickering between Google and MS that just seem to make using Outlook at home difficult. I've been working on Migrating from MS Outlook to Thunderbird v147.0.1. I had a large PST file with Saved Items and it's been a struggle to process all that but finally got connected to Gmail, converted/imported the PST items and then began working on Calendar. Finally got all that working and I'm now having trouble getting Google Tasks connected to Thunderbird. Google doesn't seem to be exposing the Tasks feed via CalDAV. Has anyone run into this before and does anyone have any suggestions to resolve? Thanks.

I have ended up with five different calendars. They all have different names--probably because I really don't understand how Thunderbird organizes things in regard to the rest of the internet. Several people in our household share calendars, to keep track of events, tasks due, and medications.

So how do I consolidate all the entries in all of these calendars? I have tried syncing, but that doesn't seem to work. How can I know that when I enter a soccer schedule on (one of) my calendars, it will end up on the calendar that my wife uses to print out our family weekly schedule?

using thinderbird and export we could have calendar.ics and calendar.html now it is impossible to save in html. please help. It was so perfect the calendar saved in html, so we could print all the data perfectly Now the results says that error happen and olny ics type can work

When synchronizing via CalDAV with T-Online, Thunderbird almost always prompts for a password, even though all data is saved. T-online says, this ist problem from thunderbird.

I created a backup of my Thunderbird in Debian. When I try to import the calendar data from backup.zip, I only get the names of the calendars, but not the contents! How can I test whether there is any calendar data? Many thanks for any advice, Günter

mac calendar keeps wanting me to use a password for Safari, which I do not use, which then passes me on to Chrome. Plus calendar is not syncing with phone anymore. Help

since some years I use the facebook calender url in the calender tab.

Since some days the are no entries shown anymore.

The same calender url is correctly used in google calender (web & app)

The facebook url is as followed:

It would be helpful to have a solution or at least an explanation for this problem.

How does the 'Covert to Task ...' function work on an email? When I click the Convert to task, nothing happens. I was expecting to see a task in my task list. Where does it go? I have a 'Task calendar' and a Google calendar in my list.
