Printer help needed! Where is my default IOS printer (Epson ET-4850) & where is the print option in Firefox? The bigger question is how do I connect my default IOS printer to Firefox?Thus far I have no way to print from Firefox therefore have deployed the workaround of copying web address into Safari and printing from there. I do not want to spend hours researching something that should be simple and likely is something that most of you already know. Here I am 10 yrs post retirement I’m already feeling outdated & very stressed 😟 Thank you for any information & help you might share!

How do I turn on auto fill of I’d and passwords on my websites. I no longer get window to ask about saving new websites and passwords either. I have version 124.2 on my iPad

Since the last update (123.4) I have this behavior in both iPadOS and iOS: when there's a link that opens in a new tab, most of the time the new tab will open an about:blank page instead of the actual link.

I noticed this happens as I use the browser more: if I force close it and reopen it, the links will usually load OK for the first 1-4 sites, but after a period (or loading a "heavy" site la Facebook) I can reproduce the error 90% of the time.

Happens on iPad Air 3 and iPhone 13 mini.

I can’t find the Auto-fill settings in FF on iOS. I found instructions here for where they should be and they are not there. Was this feature taken away recently. It’s VERY tedious not having this feature. Am I doing something wrong?

Hi - after deleting then reinstalling Firefox on my ipad I found that all my bookmarks had disappeared. I’ve tried re-syncing bookmarks to no avail, and tried to follow instructions to find my profile (‘about:profiles’, enter) but just reverts back to the same page so can’t progress, tried settings/troubleshooting but no sign of my profile folder let alone ‘Application Basics’. Are my bookmarks permanently gone? Any advice would be much appreciated (I should say I’m not the most computer literate so very probably there’s something I’m not doing right!) - many thanks, Cheryl.

I have tried this multiple times after force closing and restarting my iPhone, all to the same result: When I tried to use the + to add a new website, username, and password, the screen just flashes, and does not actually add the new info. Strangely, it offers to input a password when I place the cursor into the box for entering the brand new password I am trying to save. This seems to be a bug, but I cannot find how to report a bug.

Hi, all of my passwords and usernames have been deleted. When I go to the passwords section of my account all that is listed is the web addresses. The usernames and passwords are blank! HELP!

Hello, Since a few versions ago when you access a bookmark in a bookmarks subfolder and then, after viewing the web page, you go back to bookmarks, you are always back to the top bookmarks folder instead of the last selected one. Does anyone know if this is a bug or if it is intended? Before that, you were always brought back to the last viewed subfolder, which was perfect. Is there plan to have this behavior back? My dark mode keeps switching back to light. And I’m not talking about pages that are white regardless. I’m referring to pages like my home page. I keep it set on dark mode all the time. And I keep have to switch from dark to light over and over again to fix it to fix other pages that are normally dark.

I have saved several files to the Firefox download page on my iPad. However, I do not know how to share or delete them. I can only view them. Is there any way I can manage them?

When I go to Bookmarks on Firefox for iOS the past couple days, as I scroll the list freezes - I have to reboot Firefox completely as it won’t let me open a link or click done to get out of Bookmarks. Any ideas? I restarted the phone already.

Is there anyway to get the bookmarks back on the homepage for iOS and if not can it please get added back. I really like this app but it feels like every update removes a function or adds something that makes life more painful.

Hi it appears that My Firefox on IOS has contracted the above virus/malware/adware.

Is there a process to clear it out of My iPad?

I am getting pop up’s and redirects to their pages.
