I am trying to add ITA Matrix power tool extension. When I click on link I land on page that says ‘you need to install Firefox to use this extension’. Firefox is already installed. How to I activate the extension in Firefox? Thanks Philip

Typing about:config in the address bar does not bring up a list of configuration files. All it does is produce a google search list of YouTube and Mozilla help sites. How can I access Firefox configuration files so I can stop websites from refreshing?

None of the online instructions work. None. Why must it be impossible or so inhumanly difficult to simply disable the annoying and privacy-violating “Firefox suggestions” in the Firefox address bar on the iOS? When will you finally realize and accept that people should be able to use Firefox in social situations without having everyone around see one’s search history? Is this really difficult to understand? It seems that the knuckleheads at Mozilla product development lack even the most basic understanding of the concept of privacy. And yet Mozilla advertises its product with empty promises of privacy.

How to export passwords from Firefox Android in readable format like CSV for other password manager apps like KeePass XC or AuthPass? 

Currently as I'm seeing all Gecko-based browsers especially on mobile not just Firefox but also Mull, Fenix, Waterfox and Iceraven, lacks this.

Is this intentional or should I just keep Chrome as my browser because to jump to Firefox, I need basic things to be covered, which I don't see, Mozilla Firefox team doing on its own. 

Other browsers like Opera have proper in-built system of password manager. 

How unfortunate.

1. When we press Home button in the app toolbar, It opens a new tab and sends the active tab in background instead of closing the tab. The correct working of Home button is to show Homepage in current tab. For opening new tab, we can use "New Tab" option. Because of this all tabs keep getting stored in background and it's quote irritating.

2. Same for back swipe gesture, the tab gets stored in background instead of closing. For example, I clicked on an Article in Google Feed, it redirects to Firefox, now after reading the article, I swiped back to go back to Google Feed. Now swiping back gesture doesn't close the active tab, instead it stored the tab in background. Because of this too much tabs gets stored in background and need manual effort to remove the tabs.

So, Fix these two features.

I'm trying to set my DNS settings in Firefox Nightly to a custom service. But i am having nothing but problems.

"Firefox Nightly 128.0a1 (Build #2016025199)"

I want to use one of these settings for the secured w/ECS:Malware blocking, DNSSEC Validation, ECS enabled.

My only problem is I'm not sure which format of the address options I should be inputting in the DNS settings in the about:config

Please help.

Firefox will close my private browsing tabs after inactive for a couple hours. I do not see any setting section for controlling when Firefox closes or doesn’t close private browsing tabs. Just started happening bout a day or 2 ago.

Hi, I am using an Android phone with a 6.4" screen. I find it difficult to type in the search bar when it is at the top. Can I bring my search bar to the middle of the mobile screen?

Why oh why doesn't the mighty Mozilla allow me to organise my bookmarks alphabeticaly. Much lesser browsers do, Mozilla doesn't allow me to organise bookmarks at all. I use bookmarks extesively, it wouldn't take much coding to allow me to sort them. Putting them in as saved order makes no sense. Come on guys 'n' gals get with the program!

Ok, so first everyone needs to know I love Firefox, I have never donated a cent to Firefox. I think I have burned by FIREFOX MOZILLA HOW? I am not sure, because I am not an expert as all of you, but: I uninstalled Firefox because my iPad kept freezing and does not move on my iPad and all my four phones. While reinstalling Firefox, I see that one of their products called Monitor said my accounts have been compromised about 700+ instances. Then I proceed to find out how my accounts and private data was compromised? Well when I saw the list, you can imagine how long IT IS??? well, I was given a choice do it by paying $8+ a month/yearly and or manual; so what is the question how my addresses got compromised if I only use Firefox, Isn’t Firefox the self appointed SUPER GREAT BROWSER AND ADVOCATE FOR SECURITY AND INTERNET USER RIGHTS AND SO ON? Well again I am not an expert, but what I’m am so FXXXXXG burning stupidity it is that when I attempted to use the service, the FUNDAMENTAL QUESTIONS OF SECURITY your FUL NAME, YOUR DATE OF BIRTH, YOUR CITY AND STATE. Well, I am sorry today I lost flight on this browser, back to Safari, I guess. LIKE AN STUPID IDIOT I GAVE MY FULL NAME, MY DATE OF BIRTH, MY CITY, MY STATE TO FIREFOX/MOZILLA. I am using Firefox nightly on Android. About two weeks ago I noticed that my toolbar got moved to the bottom after some update, while address bar is still at the top. I tried looking for it in settings but couldn't find anything about toolbar, that's weird since I was able to customize it a few years ago when I installed Firefox for the first time. So I looked it up on the internet and they say that it's in Settings/Customize/Toolbar, but in my browser settings instead of Toolbar there is Address bar settings. Has toolbar's settings been moved somewhere else? It looks like in previous versions it was under Customize section.
