Firefox rejects ALL service requests. Left on address line is a "human being symbol" with red backslash bar over it. How to recover?

(When problem appeared I have not touched any settings. Phone power off/on does not help.)

I don't know what's going on. All of the sudden, I just get a slash the the little "person" symbol to the far left of the search bar for every single tab and can't is the app at all, no matter what website I try to search. What is going on?

Within the last couple days at least, firefox just does not load any sites on the phone. They simply show an empty page. Chrome will load the same site under the same network conditions.

Periodically, the following bug occurs on different phones. I also found it in complaints on google play and I will take the text from there (you do not give a solution to the problem), but I will provide my screenshots. This is not the first time this issue has occurred, on various phones in my family. "I tried using it again, and EVERY website I try to access doesn't load. It just shows a gray screen and the lock in the URL bar is in the "connection is not secure" graphic. I can't even access about :config because it's also just a gray screen.HOWEVER, every other browser on my phone works." It helps to solve problems only by completely deleting all firefox files and then setting it up from scratch. It is unpleasant. On screenshots: the endless loading of the add-ons section and the display of any site.

So I had the update to this build: 114.2.0 (Build #2015957435), f986bd245f+ GV: 114.0.2-20230619081400 AS: 114.1

2 days ago and now nothing will load at all I reinstalled and tried to get in about:config but that also won't load. I am on a OnePlus Nord running Android version 11, oxygen OS 11.1.10.10.AC01BA

I given feedback on firefox in google appstore and developer told me to further explanation what is happening. Firefox sometimes, becomes unresponsive for specific sites ... It starts loading them, but it get stuck in 1/4 of loading bar. It happens early morning most of the times which is unusual, right after I wake up. Site that it happens the most is 9gag.com. However, sometimes it happens to google search itself. What is funny when I use google search to access 9gag it fixes the problem, at least 33% of time, force stopping Firefox and cleaning cache helps additional 33% of time. Sometimes restart of phone is only thing that fixes the issue. My phone is xiaomy redminote5 with lineage 18.1 which is android 11. I use addons ublock and privacy bagger. I use Firefox as my primary browser on my phone (OnePlus Nord 2) and have had serious issues for over the past week. The app does not load anything anymore. The home screen is the same but with a white, not orange, background, and when I go onto a new or even old tab, it does not load anything. The update released last week helped for a couple hours, then reverted to this problem. I have tried clearing cache, etc but not to avail.

Hello. My Firefox for Android shows only blank pages on my Samsung A53 5G. Last month I had the same issue but an update was available immediately and it fixed the issue. Does anyone have the same issue? Thank you.

I'm not really sure when this problem started, but since yesterday (05/07) I noticed that I am unable to open any website, even the google.com main site is not opening using Firefox for Android.

I use it as my default browser, so I really would like to be able to use it again as before.

I haven't tried to remove and reinstall it, but I will do it, just to be sure.

About 10 days ago, firefox stopped working on my android phone.
When I open the app, I can type something in the opening window but then it never loads the http address.

Do I need to delete the app and start again? will it delete any of my data?

Firefox (latest version) on Android is not working. The app starts but searches don't load at all. It already happened once, reinstalled and it worked fine but I can't be forced to do it every time

It happen since yesterday. When I open any tabs I choose in the app, it doesn't load, and only shows a blank grey page. I can't even refresh these pages. In fact, on every tab I go to, the results will be the same. Is this a bug? If so, please solve it.
