Videos stopped playing on Firefox today. I had no issues even this morning but starting a few minutes ago no videos would load and play. I am able to play videos on Chrome and no other video/audio issues. I restarted my pc and cleared Firefox cache/cookies but that hasn't fixed the problem. I am using Windows 10. Could you please assist?

For the last two days the search box for Wikipedia is missing with Firefox, but works properly with Chrome and its various derivatives.

My FireFox is 128.0.3 64 bit which it claims is the current release. It claims to have updated last on July 27 which is an obvious red flag. Is there some way to force FireFox to revert to the previous release?

I can get to a search box it by right clicking on the magnifier and opening the search box in another tab or window, and then deleting the original tab which is rather cumbersome. I've turned off all ad blockers and so forth.

Does this sound familiar to anyone?

The gethostbyname() function returns a structure of type hostent for the given host name. Here name is either a hostname or an IPv4 address

i wonder then what this browser does. not remembering by name. here thus the word never is better replaced by -> ask me again next time.

Mozilla tab keeps crashing (especially at YouTube) I was wondering if someone can help me find out why!

Hi Guys, I'm having trouble logging into Firefox on any of my devices even though i can pass all the password & security steps. When logged in, it asks me if want to connect any other devices then immediately logs me out.

On my main laptop i have all my bookmarks & passwords working but am not logged in, but i want to replicate this on another laptop.

Any ideas?

Hey I've reinstalled my PC i installed Firefox. Login to Firefox Sync. And now it's empty. no tabs, no passwords, everything is gone. I usually do this every time and it work. I am sync my Android phone with all my passwords and bookmarks

In seeing other answers to this dilemma it presents another problem. I do use sync. But what troubles me is IF I need to give out the password for someone to use the internet that person now has access to my passwords. Since there seems no way, unless I shutoff sync. Is this correct? Should there be some Secondary password? Passwordpasswordpasswordpasswordetc.

The enter key only works for a short time in the search bar. Then it stops working, meaning I have to constantly restart. It's not any of my extensions. What is the problem? Is there any solution? Otherwise, Firefox is unusable for me.

Hi Just a quick one, I am using a VPN but everytime I open my browser I get bombarded with this dam acatcha and it takes ages to clear it, please there is bound to be away I can turn this off.......

Hello, there are several emails in my subaccounts that are no gone and I cannot find them anywhere. As there are a lot of confirming emails about holiday bookings I would be glad to get them back. All of my emails, that I put in presonal subaccounts before July 11th are no longer available. Thank you for answering. Yours Ulrike

I've been using Mozilla Firefox since ... well, before Firefox, I used Netscape, your great-great-grandfather.

I am not blind. I have some issues with visual objects on web pages like scroll bars when you can't effectively use them. They are too thin. Mozilla has had complaints about this since 2022.

Please Fix them. Otherwise I may have to migrate to Chrome or Edge and leave my Mozilla legacy behind for a differnent fork in browsers. It's a dealbreaker folks. People will leave this browser and probably are every day for one stupid reason. Scroll bars than are inaccessible without using something like windows magnifier when you need to scroll.\

C'mon Fix the scroll bars!!
