I have encountered performance issues on my webite Gulfcareerz.online while using Firefox Focus for Android. I've noticed significant delays in page loading and occasional misalignment of elements. Last few days I am unable to see my Xfinity / Comcast & google emails via Firefox - but I can see them via Safari. Addresses are : [edited] @comcast.net, [edited] @gmail.com. Have been able to get them via Firefox for a long time prior. Also, lately firefox will stop my search until I click the FF icon where a wheel is turning and once I click it, it changes to a check mark and then I can proceed. Can you help please? Thank you.

Firefox for Android doesn't handle captures very well it displays the captcha but it's so zoomed in, and it doesn't let you scroll left or right, that you can't see the submit button.

I tried reducing the zoom to 115 but didn't make much of a difference.

Hi. Why yesterday site action.com its opening properly. To day its [expletive] up. Opening for 1 Second and all is black? Its not posible opening this site in any option mobile or PC mode? Why its so problrmatic to send you this report? Why in option in android not existing customer support? How ppl can do this like you hiding this support site? I just got a new phone (Pixel 7a) and embedded videos have closed captions enabled by default in Firefox. Even if I turn them off while watching one video, they'll be back on the next video. I want them to just be off by default. It's not an Android setting as far as I can tell - I have all live captioning turned off and the video player isn't showing captions when I use Chrome to watch the same videos. Here's a link to a video that has captions on by default when I view it in FF for Android. I've also included a screenshot of the CC controls.

Hi there, I am running a window repair site. I have fully designed and optimized this site and my site is mobile friendly. But in firefox (android), my site is not friendly and there are navigation errors. However the site is running well in desktop. How to solve this error?

Firefox on Android won't display pop-ups. I've checked privacy setting but there's no checkbox for a popup blocker. Also tried about:config but didn't find any setting to change. Any ideas on how to be sure Firefox is comfigured to allow popups? I participate on a Zoom webinar and can't start Zoom through Firefox so have to use Chrome.

I regularly use Ebay to report scams, but last few weeks, the report and share buttons have disappeared, but still there on the Facebook browser! I've tried deleting the cookie, but hasn't made any difference! The first picture is from the Facebook browser, but the 2nd is via the Firefox browser!

When I am trying to access my website https://specialplasticparts.com on Firefox for Android, I get the following error message:

"cannot complete request additional information"

This does not happen on Chrome or Edge for Android. It does not happen on Firefox PC version.

Also, it does not happen every time on Firefox for Android, but quite often.

Does anyone know what is causing this?

I'm using a Samsung 9s ultra tablet. I have an order form from my company downloaded on Firefox. I have been using this form on my tablet for a year now. All of the sudden one of the fields quit working. The column with the totals (This column adds the totals) will not let me type in a number. It will let me type in other charaters, no numbers. I tried to reset and reinstall. I downloaded the form several times. This order form still works fine on my laptop. Do you have any suggestions? Thank you

The problem is I'm getting the "Unexpected response from server" message when trying to open any web page. Could you try to solve this without me updating the android version? My phone is not new and quick in the terms of performance so I do not update the OC. Please find the error examples, broeser version and my phone's system info attached in a form of screenshots.

When displaying an iframe video in a popup, clicking the close button and other click events do not work. This issue only occurs in the Firefox browser on Android, while it functions correctly in the Firefox browser on iOS.

Is this a default behavior.

Hello, I'm using Firefox on android and windows 10, and with both editions (with addons enabled or even without any activated), I can't make nintendo eshop webpage to show my login account, which is situated in the top right corner of the site. This is the only website that I know that doesn't like Firefox at all and is having problems with it. Sometimes my account appears there, but if I do something else within the site it disappears immediately. I'm logged in to the site and I can see my wishlist, but can't access the account page, because the icon menu doesn't load (see attached picture, top right corner). Because of this, I can't see the prices in my zone once I click on a game and also can't add the game to the wishlist, for this I have to use the console or another browser. Although I'm logged in to the site, because the account page is not loading, the website keeps telling me that I have to login in order to make any purchase. I've tried different methods and none worked. I want to know if there's a fix in making that menu load correctly? Thank you.
