Hello, I need to know how to export my passwords from my mobile device without syncing to a desktop computer and doing it from there. How do I do that from my mobile device? Thank you.

Ever since installing the latest Firefox update I can no longer access Microsoft Outlook - email. When I try I get the following in the search bar https://outlook.live.com/mail/0/. Then nothing

I can access my Onedrive account, no problem, but when I try to get to the email part I get the same search bar response. Then nothing.

Using MS Edge, no problem - all works fine.

I have cleared all temp i/net files, cookies etc

Any (simple!) ideas gratefully received

I'm trying to configure my router and the instructions tell me to go to https://192.168.1.1. But the security settings will not allow me to get to that (local network) IP address, and ther.is no option to bypass the warning

Since the latest Firefox update a few days ago, I am not able to log into my Outlook/Webmail account; nothing happens.

I can access it on google chrome but not on Firefox.

Thanks guys for screwing up my day with your latest update. I used to be able to download a .pdf and opening it in my ,pdf reader. I NEED to do this for tax reconciliation purposes. Now your crappy program has decided to open .pdfs in itself and I cant get a downloaded copy any more. What the hell was the programmer thinking? Yes I have gone to Applications and checked that it is set to my .pdf reader. Please fix this before I get fined by the tax office.

cAPTCHA is recent problem in Firefox browser ... never before was it a problem. cAPTCHA keeps asking to choose an image but keeps on never verified ... I had to get Chrome browser to finally log in to a site I wanted.

You somehow have old, outdated information in your system. Your new browser requires me to log into a facebook account I closed 10 years ago. My password for my current account named, "VangiePangie", now opens a closed account named "Evangeline Custis". I no longer have access to my VangiePangie account with any password. So, I no longer want this new upgraded Firefox account. I want to have my old Firefox account as a default on my desktop. Right now it's an icon at the bottom of the screen, and I can only use it to open one thing at a time. Please give me back my old Firefox browser. I'll struggle with Facebook to get my password to work on my VangiePangie account. I have access to the VangiePangie account right now, because it was never logged out in my old Firefox browser and is in my Bookmarks. But if I am forced to log out, or if Facebook does a security check, I won't have access ever again. Please help me with this. Below is my VangiePangie Profile pic.

Noticed my phone having terrible battery life, from battery usage you can see that Firefox is highly likely one of the main culprits. I have observed the same over a few days on the last two Firefox builds. I've been having an odd issue with Firefox where tabs where I attempt to access youtube.com will immediately crash. This issue first arose when I attempted to log in to Youtube, and had never occurred before. When I did that login, the tab crashed, and I have been unable to access the website since (100% crash rate).

Basic details: The website does not visually load at all. However, the URL bar icons for the website do briefly appear prior to tab crash. (Autoplay button, etc). The crash is never reported in about:crashes.

I've tried the following tests, unsuccessfully: - Logging out of all Google accounts separately - Disabling all extensions - Transferring all of my data to a new computer - Reinstalling Firefox - Rebooting Firefox in troubleshooting mode

This problem does not occur on my Windows machine but occurred on my previous intel-based Mac and now on my current Apple Silicon Mac.

The only success I have had is in creating an entirely new Firefox profile. However, I would prefer to fix the issue, as I assume that porting all my settings to the new profile would... also probably bring the bug along.

I'm pretty sure Firefox behavior on redirects used to present an option to "allow for this site." But if it did, that is now gone. There is only "allow." It allows once, and the next time you visit the same site, you have to allow again. And again. And again. Since one of these sites is the enrollment management system for my college, something I access literally hundreds of times each semester, this is fantastically annoying. I know how to turn off redirection altogether, but that seems like a blunderbuss solution. Most of the time, I like that warning. I just want to allow exceptions. Is there any way to do this?

Scrolling in Firefox is causing any webpage to scroll many lines at once with a single click, and it seems to be exclusively happening to Firefox, as every other application scrolls normally. I have tried searching here and elsewhere for a solution, and I have tried to change about:config settings based on the recommendations I could find to no avail. I have also tried to refresh Firefox and have used Troubleshoot Mode, but those too have not worked. I have no clue as to what could have caused this, as I have not been messing with any settings prior to this.

I've tried almost EVERYTHING offered to enable restore the "open previous windows and tabs" function ... to no avail. Very frustrating since I usually leave important tabs open for work. HELP!

As I said in the Subject I just bought Total AV this month, now its disabled on Firefox. Is this a permanent action? or is this a temporary action? How can/will I get my Antivirus back in action on Firefox?

I am using firefox 120.0 version. I use OneDrive extensively, but now when I open a folder and type my info to search on. It no longer works. I have cleared cache. I have uninstalled/reinstalled. Power off/Power on my system. Confirmed I am using the latest version. The search on OneDrive works in Chrome, but I prefer using Firefox. Any other suggestions I can try?

Fix the problem ! If I set up a set of bookmarks and web sites to be opened on startup of Firefox, then use them and save that list forever until I change it.

That is how you product worked until this week. Now, it sucks. And why does the header say that my options are controlled by my organization ? This is my private computer, belongs to me, not any organization !

Today I went to tesco.com site OK, but when I tried to login I got an Access denied message: "You don't have permission to access "http://www.tesco.com/account/login/en-GB?" on this server.

I cleared cookies and history and eventually uninstalled and re-installed firefox, but still the massage persists.

MS Edge and Google get me i fine, but I prefer to use Firefox if possible. Can you please suggest a way to prevent the error message.

In "about:policies" there are 2 Active Policies: "DisableTelemetry", and "DisableDefaultBrowserAgent" Also, in "about:policies" I'm not sure if it's related, but there is a long list of policies there too.
