Everything is gone, I have had to reinstall windows 4 times in the last week with a new PC and now all my sync data is gone...Chrome remembers everything fine and Mozilla did remember everything until this install and now its not syncing anything.

If this stuff is gone so am I.

Have tried logging in with my google account, tried logging in with Moz account, tried sync button over and over tried restarting, tried uninstalling and reinstalling and manually deleting all the folders STILL NO SYNC DATA AT ALL.......

Hello to all. I am writing to ask for help with sync for Android. I have 2 Samsung devices: my S24, which is my phone, and my Galaxy Tab S10 FE+, which is my tablet. I do have an HP laptop, running Windows 11. That device is fine.

I recently noticed both of my devices had the same model # shown up under my Firefox. {it was my tablet.} Idk why. So I read online, that I should sign out, then sign back in, to fix this. So I signed out on both devices, at the same time. I closed both windows, then I restarted both devices, & then signed back in, at the same time. My S24 is fine, but my S10 FE+ is not. It won't sync. So I repeated the same steps with it, and it still will not sync. So I went to my Mozilla Account, then Connected Services, to see the list of devices. I did note a duplicate device, not sure which one. There was no name. I did sign out of it there, but otherwise, everything else looks good. I also pulled up some articles online & troubleshooted, but again nothing. I'm now doing a hard reboot, which is where I turn it off, then wait for at least 5 minutes. Then I'll turn it back on. Nope, nothing. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how to fix this, please? I have no idea as to how to go around the matter by manually doing everything like once a day. I mean, yikes. Thank you for any help, seriously.

My syncing my desktop to my Android phone has stopped. When I try to sync, nothing happens. I'm trying to sign in and you system keeps on telling me to check my Microsoft Authenticator, but nothing happens there (on the phone) and I don't see authenticator on my desktop. I've recently changed some passwords (not Firefox) and need my phone Firefox updated. Please help.

I have finished my setup. But it keeps saying "finish setup" in the upper right corner of the browser. I have completed all the steps. I want to sync this desktop to my mozilla account. What do I do?

My bookmarks have disappeared/ not transferred to my android phone, recently bought,

BUT, they have also disappeared off my computer which i have owned for more than five years.

Both are showing that I am signed into my account.

installed latest FIREFOX, but cannot recover previous passwords and bookmarks Used to use 'Sync' login and password and it would auto download to the clean Firsfoc install. Now it wont ans years of passwords have vanished and I am in trouble! Please advise

I had a previous account with firefox on a different computer and attempted to login on a new one, but once i logged in none of my passwords or data transferred even though it was the same account, just curious if there’s any way i can get my info onto my new computer besides using a sync key or manually importing it

I use Firefox app in macos, android and ipados. The bookmarks across them are not synching automatically. I need to press sync manuelly to do. All apps are updated, all settings look fine. Please help me synch bookmarks across platforms. Thanks a lot.

I reinstalled Windows. Installed The last version of Firefox and logged into my account. But there weren't any of my previous settings (extensions, bookmarks, history etc.). What happened with them?

How is it that when I try to sync my Firefox app on computers and phone the instructions do not lead where they say, then asks for Gmail or Google log in then tells me my passwords are protected with a number code or Face ID - which I never did or authorized. Could use some help with the cray triangulation.

TLDR I changed the main drive, a full clean installiation. And when I sign in in the browser it doesnt sync anything. Back when I had to change the former main drive the sync function worked perfectly. So I dont know why is just not works anymore.

I rarely used the Mozilla.org site. Use Firefox for about the last 20yrs, love you guys. Logged onto my Win10 laptop, 22Aug2025, about 7pm GMT+1, clicked on Firefox icon, got a little update window, it flashed, disappeared, did not seem to fully update, the screen came on for about 5sec, a flash. Then error messages each time I tried to go onto Firefox. First time this ever happened. When I reinstall I had to spend hours trying to get SYNC to retrieve my passwords, and bookmarks. Also a first, never had this problem previously. Now my history is gone as well as all the sites saved to my Firefox Home Page. What is going on? Also, these messages, I cannot find them in my ACCT. They just do not show up. If anyone answered me, I cannot find the replies. Were you hacked?
