Recently (since iOS update to 17.3 perhaps?) the share menu from other apps does not show any of my other devices for me to send tabs to.

If I use the share menu to open in Firefox, then use the “send link to device” option there, the expected available devices do show up, and the send action does work (causes tabs to open on those other devices) when I choose them.

This is a recent regression. I want to be able to keep using Firefox on my desktop browser’s despite using a different browser on iOS, and a more cumbersome tab ingestion makes me less likely to continue doing that.

I had my homepage setup on my old phone with firefox and the Ustart homepage but when I tried to do the same thing on my new phone There is no place to enter it like the used to be

I am a web dev, and need FF help on this. All of my sync data is gone, I sign out and back in twice, I checked the profiles there's only one, all of my bookmarks, plugins & extensions everything is gone. Please I need those bookmarks some of them were very important to me I can't lose those.

Back-story: I recently want to try two distro that I had been on my list from quite a while now, VanillaOS & BlendOS, I worked on those for 3 or 4 days, before switching back to Arch, on both of them everything was working fine, I had all of my data. On Arch I had to reset my password because I forgot. Then the issue started, at first I thought maybe my internet was slow or something but now on the 2nd my data is still not synced.

I even signed out and back in, I checked the profiles(screenshot below). What should I do?

Hi. I am a graphic designer and Web master. I use your browser since I think it's the best. I did a format of my pc and I forgot the password of my account. So I did forgot password. Thinking all my password would of sync and follow me. But it didn't. I had over 1000 password from site that I have recently work on and some still working on it. Which were most of them auto generate. Which I wouldn't have a clue of any of them. PLEASE Is there a way for me to regret my passwords? Only the password. Please thanks!

I recently installed Firefox on my new computer and when I tried to log into my account to sync browsing history, saved logins, extensions, etc., I realized that I forgot my Firefox account password. After I reset my firefox account password, firefox is now not syncing any of my data.

New: Is it true that changing the Mozilla account password will cause the sync data to be lost? If so, why didn't I get any warning before changing the password? In the current state, if I log in the account on Firefox Android, will the information on the Android device be lost, or will the desktop Firefox sync with it? please guide me

I have been requested by e-mail to update my Firefox 78.15.Oesr (64 bits) before the end of March. Is this update compatible with my MacBookPro5,4 with IOS El Capitan 10.11.6? Please note that I cannot install a more recent IOS. Without updating my present Firefox, would I still have access to all my favorite folders and applications? Thanks for your help. My old device has broken and I was wondering if there's any way to transfer the open tabs from it to my new device?

I've signed in to my account already and it ported over my history as well as bookmarks but I don't see a way to port over the open tabs? I'm not sure if they were synced and I can't go back to sync them now as the previous device is broken

Dear support, Emergency my needs help. Around 10 year plus I am using Mozilla Firefox account and my all data backup, password, web bookmark etc save in my Mozilla account ([edited] @gmail.com ) . But suddenly this month I change my PC windows and after install Mozilla Firefox and login my Mozilla account I can't find my old data, bookmark, password in my Mozilla account, it's so dangerous for me if I loss this . I am having an issue sending a tab to another device from the Actions menu on IOS. I used to be able to click the Firefox icon and it would give me the options to: Open, Load, Bookmark, add to reading and send to Device. When I select "Send to Device" it says "You don't have any other devices connected to this account available to sync.

It is worth noting that if i am in firefox i CAN send tabs and all the available devices show up. This issue is ONLY from the action button which I use quite a bit to send stuff to my desktop to read later.

I changed my PC. Then i installed Firefox my new PC and login Firefox account. But my old PC's Firefox account all data will de deleted history passwords etc. It was looks like a new account. How can i restore my old data. My old PC was already formatted.

I'm moving away from Brave for one reason:

- If you do not have brave sync on at least 2 devices and your device crashes, your bookmarks are lost.

Looking for a webbroswer with sync capability comparable to that of Google-Chrome, I remembered that Firefox exists.

And I have one question about it: How does its sync work? Let us say I am connected to my firefox sync account solely on my computer. And then my computer crashes and is unrepairable. Can I just log into my firefox account on another machine and get all my bookmarks back? (like in the case of Google-Chrome)????

Hello. I have been using Firefox as primary browser for long time. Today reinstall my firefox because youtube video not playing sound. But after fresh install and synced account but all my savings are gone. Passwords and bookmarks are missing. PLease help me to recover.

What happened was, when I got my new computer on Christmas, I signed into my Firefox account and I'm not sure if I synced yet, but when I tried to log into my main email, the login wasn't there and a few other logins were gone, this was in 2021, my old pc is really slow and I can't access my computer's account cause it's corrupted and I reinstalled, reverted Firefox, like 5 times but it never worked, if you want to know My email was a gmail login

Trying to sync my logins/passwords from my laptop to my desktop. It just doesnt work.

I have reset primary password, logged into both devices, selected sync on both devices. But it does not sync to desktop. Both machines come up in the Connected Services setion of my mozilla account.

When i try to manually enter logins & password on desktop list - it keeps asking me to enter my primary password (despite already being logged into firefox).

This is very frustrating so any help is greatly appreciated.
