Started receiving pop ups stating virus attack from Mozilla and via cq5g6mojubcc7385jauo.deviceconnectnetwork from Mozilla showing McAffee, Critical Virus Alert, Virus attack. Receive 3 at time and I can't see the right side of my scree and I need to. Is this malware and if so how do I remove it fast? Thank you.

I am using a windows 10x64bit desktop and I want to find a 32 bit version of Firefox for my laptop which uses Windows 7 x32bit. I have tried the download for customising, ie set it for Win7/8 but the version which is downloaded reflects on the laptop that that version can only be used on a Win 10 computer. Please give me a link where I can find the 32 bit version of Firefox meant for Win 7. THANK YOU.

Since the penultimate and now the last current update to version 127.0.2 (64Bit), the button (tile with the + sign) to add new shortcuts is no longer available. How can new shortcuts be added now?

I have Firefox 129.0 64 bit on 2 laptops, Laptop2023 and Laptop2024. I would like Laptop2024 to match Laptop2023. If possible, would like to copy the Profile, or at least the Bookmarks. The web articles direct me to Help options which do not exist. I do not want to reset anything on the sending laptop.

I have instructions on how to copy bookmarks from years ago, but Firefox has changed so much that they no longer work. How to I copy with the current Firefox version? If possible, email bjedrick@verizon.net.

I composed an outgoing email message that I wanted to keep for future use, and saved it as a Template. That not only saved it under the unified Templates heading, but created a second appearance of my main email account with its own Templates subfolder. At that point I decided I really didn't want to keep it after all, so I deleted the message, but the second Templates folder didn't disappear; its still on the tree list as an empty folder. Right-clicking that folder doesn't have a Delete function, but it does present a Repair option, but running that doesn't help. How do I get rid of that unneeded individual email account listing and the empty Templates folder?

Latest update (127.0.2) erased all my data. Gone are my bookmarks, passwords, sign-in shortcuts, history, etc. and I'm trying not to panic. Most of my passwords are backed up but my bookmarks are gone as is all my sign-in shortcuts, etc.

I always try to keep updated and never have had a problem with anything other than having to relearn a few new things; but this is a first for me.

How do I include a newly made email account so that it will appear in unified folders? I thought that when the new email was added to Thunderbird it would automatically show in Unified Folders but it does not.

I'm experiencing an issue with the search bar on the Firefox homepage. When I click into the search field and begin typing, the cursor jumps to the address bar, and the text I’m entering gets redirected there instead of staying in the search bar.

I've checked my search settings, and everything seems to be in order. I’ve also tried disabling add-ons, but the issue persists. Could you please assist me in resolving this problem?

I am in the process of moving all of our passwords into 1Password. However, I discovered that my wife has her Firefox set to auto login, but can't remember her user name and password. So, although she can use it, she can't change update the password. The fact that on setup, auto login is the default makes this doubly frustrating. So, is there any way to get to the password?

Edit: So, yeah, I need help getting this tag off. I'm new to Firefox so it could be something obvious I'm missing. I have also tried CTRL+SHIFT+R to reload the page for changes and also closed and reopened my Firefox entirely.

Every image I upload looks different in Firefox than the file opened in other programs and different than Google Chrome. It looks with less contrast for sure, and I think a little bit reddish. I noted it when I opened the file with Firefox and when I saw pictures in Facebook. My Firefox version is 47.0, my OS is Ubuntu 16.04 and I already tried in Firefox safe mode.

I just installed Add-on "Search by Image" with "Tin Eye". When I try to launch the program I get the Error Message, "Content scripts are not allowed on this page."

Dear Sir I went to an organization on 21/03/2022 for assistant on an issue, in processing the matter I need to open my yahoo mail box for the relate documents within my mail. A lady who assistant me use her lap top computer to open my mail box - I enter my pass word, then a window camp up to asked if I want to save my pass word (with dark color) or not,(with gray color) I was in a stage of rush I just click on right top Conner 'x' she took her computer to other room ( in where I can not see ) I was too naive and don't know if all of my mails had been read by them? - It is my privacy. When I got home I was worried and at next day I changed my yahoo mail pass word. As my pass words are saved within Firefox when I want to open a site it is auto fill the pass word. 1: Is my pass word will saved in that lady's computer? 2: Although I have changed my yahoo mail pass word is it safe? Can that lady able to get to Firefox to see my saved pass word and open my email box? - explore all my emails? Please help I am really worried. I look forward to hearing form you soon. Thank you.
