Every time I install Firefox and try to synchronise data it says open the hamburger menu and tap synchronise and save data. I have never found the synchronise and save data setting. It is not apparently visible when you touch the hamburger menu. So where is it hiding? I've never been able to find it?

Recently I have noticed 'Your browser is being managed by your organization. - That being ImportEnterpriseRoots' appearing in settings. I have seen this mentioned by others but as of yet I cannot see if it has been sorted yet. I have uninstalled and it went away, but it has since returned the following day. I Do not have any other anti-virus on this laptop other than Windows Defender so it cannot be that. I will not be using Firefox as default until this is gone, or at the very least know that its safe.

Only four bookmarks ("shortcuts") can be saved? Are you kidding? This is too rinky-dink for words. Ok, nice browser for 1984. Not even then. Automation...icons...bookmarks or shortcuts > 4!!!

This is really shocking. Four. Gee, Mom, how many potato chips can I have today? Four. Just four. We wrote the code for four. That is all you can ever want or need. A dozen would be unFocused.

when attempting to move Firefox bookmarks to my new computer, I click import data within the Firefox page. The computer asks me to select the file. I have no idea where the bookmarks reside and cannot find a file. What is the procedure to get this done?

Firefox browser for Android is my favorite, but it still has many shortcomings, like you cannot use private DNS in it, there is no option of bookmark import export, you cannot move bookmarks up and down and create a group of tabs and you cannot use themes, and there is no Hindi language in the inbuilt translate, and the speed of the browser is also low and not smooth, I request you to work on whatever I have told you and implement it in the browser, thanks

Firefox version Mozilla Firefox 137.0.1 has caused my access to content.clubrunner.ca to stop working. How do I revert to version 137.0?

I DO NOT use Google for anything, if I can help it. Every time I go to my credit union's website, the google bar showing View this page in (English, in my case) or turn off for detect language shows up. I have no idea where it came from, I haven't used Chrome in years.

I've attached a small screenshot. It's not a huge deal, but I don't like google showing up at my credit union, or anywhere else.

Any help would be appreciated.

I dislike the Group Tabs feature. So many times I've accidentally created a Group Tab and then had to figure out how to un-group them.

I've tried to change the value of the "browser.tabs.groups.enabled" preference to false, but it doesn't stick; after restarting, the value is always back to "true".

What’s up with this?

I am receiving pop-ups from what appears to be Mozilla Firefox saying: System is infected! Viruses detected, Turn on protection and delete viruses. The virus identified is ZEUS.2020 Trojan. Click here to scan and clean via: d3av3500fes73a78mk0.mosgdefender.com This link doesn't work. So, how can I get this issue resolved? Any help would be appreciated. These pop up happen frequently one after the other. I appreciate any help solving this issue. Thank you, Tricia Hawkins

This is a rather interesting observation I've recently made, but it appears that with every new software update on my Firefox Developer Edition browser, that I inexplicably (and mysteriously) get signed off/logged off of all my already logged in websites, and while this isn't a major tech issue, per se... It is an annoying one and I would like some clarity on this.

Is there a feature that toggles this on and/or off? Or perhaps, this is a known bug? What is the bottom line on this?

The browser always refreshes the website page by itself, opening the page and switching the browser to the backend or foreground but resting the screen for a while will force the page to refresh, and data that has been entered but not submitted is lost.

At first I thought it was a wrong setting or a problem with the extension. After I reinstalled it, it still occurs, and it happens with all versions (nightly version, iceraven and waterfox as well).

Looking into the information I thought it was the WebSocket live link that would automatically disconnect to save power, and network fluctuations as well. Disconnecting switches to the connection prompt screen, which looks like a refresh. Maybe my guess is wrong.

I currently mitigated this by modifying the "media.aboutwebrtc.auto_refresh.peerconnection_section" function to false to alleviate this, but it still forces the page to refresh.

Hi. I use to could type a search and it would give me details without directing me to Bing or Google. It doesn't give me an option to go to bing. I type and then it takes me to bing and then I have to type out my search again. Bing doesn't come as an option as a url it has to be manually added. It use to and then i thought it was weird it was removed. Secondly, I tried to delete the Google search because I hate Google but it won't let me delete the url. I think someone has manipulated my app. I need help

I have 'synced' my old phone. Now I have new phone with a Firefox that I used for setup, which has a few open tabs and maybe a couple b9kmarks. I want to 'restore' everything fromthe old Firefox to the new. What happens if I 'sync'?

My guess is 'sync'ing the new firefox merely backs up its current state...

I'm sorry if this question already exists or if a ticket has already been opened, but I can't find any information on the internet. I'm experiencing something strange. When I try to open the password manager, Firefox asks for my password to unlock access. The password is correct, but then Firefox keeps asking for it and there is no way to go back and I have to close the application.

Has anyone experienced this or know how to fix it?

The release notes for Firefox for iOS 137.0 mention a new icon picker. Where can that be found? Same question for the new “Appearance Menu”. I don’t see either of these anywhere and the release notes give no details. Definitely have 137.0 installed.
