I am receiving messages from my banks that my browser is no longer supported or that I should update my browser but my settings mean Firefox automatically updates. However, I cannot read PDF statements even though I have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed and, on further investigation, I see that Firefox no longer supports Adobe Reader. I am a fierce supporter of Firefox but does this mean I have to use another browser?

Using Firefox ESR 115.30 in Windows 7 Ultimate, I routinely open multiple tabs, then, at the end of the day or session I'll bookmark them all into a new folder and close them all.

Later, I might return to that folder and choose to open say, 5 of the group. Is there a way to select all 5 (without opening any) and once I've finished selecting them, have all 5 open at once? Rather than just one at a time? So far it seems that I have to open them one by one.

I have downloaded Firefox ESR and think it has been installed on my masOS version 10.12.1 and am wondering if I can use it on this version after reading your warning about support. Perhaps I have not installed it properly as I have just used what I think was the previous version since it has all the oldsaved sites.

I have purchased a new computer and do not want to loose the info in my Mozzila account. How do I install the old account to the new computer? Old computer has windows 10 os new computer has windows 11 os.

msn.com and outlook.com recently changed their login procedure and I can't login using firefox. I get an error 400.

Bank website keeps telling me I need to update my browser. I did update and am currently running 115.30.0esr. What is causing the website to not recognize the update?

Chase website now requires Mozilla Firefox update 128 or higher to access accounts. My version says my version (115.30) is latest update. Do I need to find a different browser or is there a solution? I am using Windows 7 Pro desktop. Thank you.

Does Firefox provide firewall and/or security programs for my computer running on Windows 7? I cannot buy a new computer and want to make sure I am protected - my updates are up to date and I have had faith in Firefox. Otherwise, can I use an ADD-on to do the job? I have been unable to sign into my bank account online (on this computer) . Been prompted to update my browser (Chrome, Safari, Forefox, Microsoft Edge), I checked my Firefox version, says up to date. Still unable to access. Spent hours frustrated. Please help. thank you so much
