Yea I don't need help but I cannot believe you guys made an Firefox installer so small so its only "390 KB" and a floppy disk only has 1.44 MB meaning it can fit into a storage thing from 40 years ago. Man that's crazy!

(also I'm using your Firefox browser on my crappy 8 years old Windows 10 laptop, and ngl its great even tho it sometimes uses a lot of cpu and ram usage. It loads fast and the first time I got your browser it ran great and this old laptop finally can run videos on 720p instead of on Chrome barely running 240p)

For a few weeks now, FIrefox will not play DRM content video on this computer. I have tried all the suggested solutions and none have worked. Also, I uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox, but the problem remains. I am very frustrated with this problem and am ready to get rid of Firefox permanently on ALL our computers unless this can be fixed.

Something in Mozilla's latest update to version 125.0.3 caused a problem with Hotmail only displaying a message, but when I click on the message, I can only see the title, NOT the body of the message. I have NO issues with a Windows computer. What can I do so I can see the body of the message?

I had a crap ton of pinned pages for a long time. I restarted my computer and now they're gone. I've restarted my computer before with no issues. Pinned pages are supposed to stay no matter if you turn off or restart. How can I go about getting them back?

I have both speakers and a headset on my desktop. The system has worked fine for the past 1.5 years. Suddenly today, when I unplug by headset and select speakers for audio, it works for other apps, but not on Firefox browser. Can someone offer some possible reasons for that and, even better, as solution?

It would be advantageous to employ a PowerShell script for rectifying this issue. It appears that certain users are not frequently opening Firefox, thus impeding the automatic update process.

The animated images of the articles are loaded once every 3. On Chrome Android I have no problem.

I solve it manually by resizing the page, so they load.

Where could the problem be? In the animation of their site? Do you have any advice on a fix?

Hi Friends.... This morning logged into my website as usual and this message appeared on the home page. I have not checked the link as it seems potentially malicious ... It does not appear when visiting my site on Safari. I have emptied the cache I have been through troupbleshooting mode I have reinstalled Firefox and it still is there..

Hello, By default, DoH fails on Max Protection in the latest OS versions listed above. The workaround I've discovered is using https://1.1.1.1/dns-query, but I would rather use the default settings.

Hello, Firefox randomly downloaded a file, with seemingly randomly name, that is 0 bytes and in download manager the source is moz-safe-about. It happened when I was accessing a popular wiki site. I opened the file in notepad, it was empty. I put it on virus total and came back negative, as it is an empty file. I've curbed through the support tickets here, using the keyphrase 'moz-safe-about'. I understand this was/is quite a common problem, but it still makes me quite worried and left a sour taste in my mouth, as I haven't understood any of the explanations. I have enabled firefox to ask me whenever it wants to save something (I have no idea why this isnt the default state). Happened on a somewhat fresh, updated win 11 installation. I'm also attaching more information here with a picture. Long story short: should I be worried? Am I overreacting and this is just some sort of a bug that occurred while getting a sites data?
