I beg you, just add an option to revert. Why, why are you even doing the redesign?? I would happily use your browser forever anyway, please, add an option to revert! I really don't want to move to Chrome, but the new design is so hideous I can't stand it

It looks an update occurred but now my bookmarks Column has a white background with white type. I can't read anything there because its all the same color how do I change the background to black?

I use the Firefox Search bar a lot (the one that has a magnifying glass). The latest version of Firefox's Search bar seems different and the magnifying glass has been replaced by an icon of my default search engine. Although the old and new Search bar are very similar, the newer one has a larger font, and the search options on the drop down menu have a magnifying glass next to it. It also takes up more space on the browser (not as packed) which I don't like as much. Is there a way to revert to the previous version of the search bar? The first pic is the new search bar and the second is the older version.

1週間ほど前にFirefoxがアップデートされたのか、インターフェースの見た目が変わりました。 それ以降、検索バーに文字を入力すると、入力中のテキストの背景に濃いグレーの色が表示されるようになり、文字（黒）が非常に見づらくなって困っています。

この背景色の変更は、Firefoxの設定で元に戻したり、調整したりすることは可能でしょうか？ あるいは、ユーザースタイルシートなどを使う必要があるのでしょうか。

使用環境： ・Firefox バージョン：139.2 ・OS：iOS 18.5

検索するたびにすごくストレスなので、アドバイスいただけますと幸いです。ただ複雑な設定などは自分には対応できそうにないので、解決できなそうならブラウザを変更するしかないと思っています。 どうぞよろしくお願いいたします。

hi in a new win 10 instal most text incl Fire Fox text is made up of letters [font] that are made of thin and thick lines [in the same letter]

i dont know if its a strange font or another problem, i have copied all "font" setting from my other pc where i dont have the problem.

also i cant get spell check to work here dsespite turning it on

its very distracting, would be very gratefull for any suggestones if any one can 

help thanks

After the latest install of 151.0.2 (aarch64), the VPN logo is massive! Is this just a glitch from the latest update?

I just set up a computer with Debian 13 'Trixie', and I downloaded and installed the latest Firefox for Linux (version 145) from Mozilla's site.

Then I noticed at first that it wasn't following my GTK theme. Then after testing a bit, I discovered it would respect only themes with names that end in "-dark". I've taken some screenshots and attached them to demonstrate the problem.

firefox-esr from Debian's repositories didn't have this problem. But also, I've got another computer that still has an older distro (Debian 11) installed, and I'm running the latest firefox 145 on that too, and it always respects my GTK theme regardless of whether its name ends in "-dark". So, perhaps this is a GTK/GTK4 problem or something?

Does anyone know about this issue, can anyone help? I would really like Firefox to respect my choice of theme regardless of whether the theme's name ends with "-dark" or not.

DAM SERVER ERROR! Every thing I wrote here is now GONE! Is it possible to make sidebar & drop down list LETTERS LARGER? The're tiny, too small to see without he magnifyer. Shrinking the page has no effect on the sidebar or the drop downs which stay tiny I cannot see tiny letters, I have to use the magnifier to see them & that is very awkward.

I was customizing my background by loading a picture. It's adult in nature. It should be my computer in my in my private home. When something amazing started happening. If I load ANY image with a naked woman on it After a few minutes Fire fox auto removes it. I have done this 30 times. I use ANY fire fox picture it's fine stays there forever. Load ANY picture with a naked woman on it and poof 2 minutes later it's gone. So please can you explain to me why whats claimed to be the most private and secure browser around is censoring me in my own home about what backgrounds I can have? I find this highly disturbing. And I am quite serious I have had them removed at least 30 times. I'm 56 y/o If I want a naked woman on my background it should be my business not fire foxes. Also no chrome is not doing it. neither is windows. It's Firefox removing them. Any explanation would be nice.

I found a UI bug in Firefox for Android on Nothing Phone (1).

Device: Nothing Phone (1) Android version: 15 Firefox version: 150.0.1 (Build #2016157687), 094f3362dcbc efdce34f05b355607cdce06a4ef4 GV: 150.0.1-20260427013024 AS: 150.0.1

Steps to reproduce: 1. Open Firefox on Android. 2. Tap the private browsing icon/tab switcher. 3. Observe the screen layout.

Expected result: The UI should remain stable without moving.

Actual result: The whole interface slightly shifts downward after pressing the private browsing icon.

The issue is visible in the attached screenshots.

I have custom userChrome file that made my history and hamburger menu (application menu / settings) text and distances smaller since Firefox introduced this ugly feature, trying to be cool in windows 10 times. Nowadays even windows 11 brings back compact mode but firefox still uses huge spacing. I just fixed issue with custom CSS and forgot about it. Unfortunately, after updating to FF 151, my CSS is ignored and I am forced to new ugly context menu. What is weird, I still have good small pacing when right-clicking pages, UI elements and when I enter bookmarks. Only places that ignore my CSS are hamburger menu for settings and list under history view. I do not really understand this code, I just copied it from someone else. Can someone help me fix this issue?

Does the recent update Firefox 137.0 retain the separate address bar and search bar? One of the things I hate about MS Edge is that there is no separate search bar. Have not been pleased about the small size of the Firefox search bar the last few years. The user should be able to size it at will.
