This has been happening for about a year now, I followed the guide and tried the troubleshoot mode and my tabs still crashes.

Can anyone help me read the crash reports and find the cause or common issue?

I run a WP elearning site (cd-dojo.com) and I prefer to use Firefox for everything.

Recently I added a plugin and experienced an error and WP went into recovery mode - displaying a message and an exit recovery mode button.

I have since resolved the error, but was perplexed because I could click the exit button but the messaging was persistent. I did everything I could think of - including the recommendations of tech support - until I was ready to reinstall a backup. Then I thought maybe it's a browser issue, so I logged in as admin in Safari and the message is gone. See screenshots below.

Since then I have tried everything I can to remedy with your support information including restarting the computer, clearing the cookies and cache, restarting in troubleshoot mode, and reinstalling firefox. Nothing has resulted in any resolution.

So, I'm presenting this to you. I can continue to work on the site using other browsers but I prefer to use Firefox. Can you help?

I have not had access to my email since the April 18 Thunderbird update, receiving this error message: "After changing password on an IMAP account, the account could become locked due to too many failed login attempts" How do I fix it? I don't like getting recommendations in Pocket that you need a subscription to read. Why waste my time giving me the initial information on something, but then when I try to read it, I can't because I already have too many subscriptions. Seems like there used to be an option besides "Dismiss" to not show content from particular sites?

The latest version of Thunderbird has lost the Advanced Search button. I can still access it from Control/Shift/F so the function is still there, but no obvious way of accessing it

in the contact field, how do i change the name of a contact field like custom properties or organizational properties to something else? i do not know how to add an image! So, go to address book, new contact, and you will see the fields custom properties and organizational properties towards the bottom.....Thank you...b³

I have logged out of one Gmail account and want Firefox to use another, but Firefox ignores the one I want to use. How do I get Firefox to recognize a certain Gmail account so I can receive mail?

When I move the cursor over the bookmarks bar the Tabs bar opens and closes causing the bookmarks to move up & down and prevent the cursor from using the bookmarks bar, How can I fix that?

I’m using the official ShadowsocksX app to relay network connections through a Shadowsocks server, and Firefox seems to be having compatibility issues. The browser does not load pages when proxy settings are set to “auto-detect” or “use system:” I’m getting the “Unable to connect” error message. Manually setting the SOCKS host to 127.0.0.1:XXXXX does fix the problem, but that also means I have to switch back to “system” whenever I turn Shadowsocks off.

Neither Safari nor Chrome requires manual action to relay connections on the same computer.

On a different computer, I’m using the Outline client to connect to the same Shadowsocks instance. Firefox does not have issues with that.

Good morning, I have a problem with disappearing bookmarks, but I can organise the backup of the places.sqlite, but I assume that won´t be enough to recover, therefore my question is, which files would be needed or is the one mentioned sufficient?

A few weeks ago I began, while trying to connect to Kaiser from an email message, to get a response that said it was unable to connect because "server not able to redirect." I wasn't getting any error messages from any other sites or attempts to connect with any other sites.

I contacted Kaiser and got some tech office in California (I'm in Hawaii). I did all that they suggested, i.e. "cleaning up" my computer, and I even paid and installed a program called "CClean", and used "Ninite." After making all the "clean ups" the error message was still happening, and later it even mentioned Firefox in the message.

At that point I had no idea what to do and went to "help" on the application menu. Did the "troubleshooting" a couple times, and then saw a "refresh" button, that I thought was probably, and looked innocuous; this led to a bunch of other things that I certainly didn't want to mistakenly perform anything untoward.

After all this I was finally able to link properly with Kaiser, BUT ALL OF MY TABS WERE GONE!

This seems to be a real problem on Firefox, since I've NEVER seen anything that is easy to select to "resolve", "reinstate", or "RECOVER" tabs. I've seen many of the same questions about TAB recovery before.

I've been with Firefox for probably a couple of decades now, and this seems to be a major issue without any "easy" solution. Or, am I just missing something completely?!

A blank survey pops up in my homepage each time I open Firefox, I haven't filled it yet since I don't know what it entails and what it is about. There is no option to close it either, and it seems bugged as it isn't going away even after updating the version of Firefox, it is still present on 125.0.2 version. Kindly assist regarding the same. I have attached a picture of the same herewith.

I've been a Firefox fan for years. I thought I'd try Thunderbird. I'm in need of some help please as I'm going round in circles.

I am trying to link my btinternet email account to Thunderbird. Thunderbird cannot do it automatically so I have to enter the details manually.

I have all the right settings according to BT: Incoming POP 995, SSL enabled but not StartTLS. Outgoing Port 465, SSL enabled not StartTLS. mail.btinternet.com is used.

The User Name and Password are correct but Thunderbird cannot connect to the account. There are no Firewall issues.

Something is happening because BT have notified me of potential unauthorised access and I have to reset my BT password. Even when I enter the new BT Password Thunderbird cannot link to the account.

Any suggestions as to what might be causing the problem? Thanks.

I am writing to inquire about the possibility of searching and organizing bookmarks on the Android app using tags. I have recently organized years of Firefox bookmarks on the desktop app by tagging my bookmarks and removing them from folders. I would very much benefit from being able to use a tag-based workflow on mobile as I do on desktop. I notice this question was first raised about 10 years ago. I would like to know if there are any updates, or if perhaps there is an add-on that can fill this gap. Thank you!
