The new video player is buggy, previously the ios own video player worked perfectly, why change it?

Now I can't even put the video in horizontal and also it has a very bad interface

Previously Firefox just used ios-own video player.

Will you come back to the ios video player? tomorrow I found out you changed it and I'm sad.

When will you return to the previous one?

I am starting to use the new utility which allows me to group tabs. But I would like to see only the name of the group and not the whole list. How can I collapse the list of tabs which belong to a group leaving only the group name shown. Then with a click I should be able to see the corresponding list of tabs if I need it. At some point in recent time I started encountering broken websites, and that "http" in their scripts seems like what's causing it. what I tried to do to fix this: 1. Disabling https-only mode in settings 2. Disabling all the enabled extensions 3. Tried disabling "enhanced tracking protection" for pages with the errors; and also tried switching tracking protection from strict to standard in the settings 4. Tried checking problematic pages in a new fresh Firefox profile, and they do work there seemingly fine. But I would like to fix the issue for my current profile and understand what's causing it.

The steps I have taken so far:

• Tools -> Page Info -> Permissions (everything was fine)
• Reloaded page using Shift+ Left Click to bypass cache
• Reloaded page with Ctrl + F5
• Started Firefox in Troubleshoot mode to assure it wasn't my extensions (I only use ublock but better safe than sorry)
• I disabled extensions after reloading in usual mode

What steps are next after these basic troubleshooting? I was hoping to use that site to share creations with friends.

I recently restarted my computer, and when I started my computer, the text on all my apps was tiny. The text is also tiny in the search bar and book marks in firefox as well. I have restarted my computer several times, and the issue with desktop apps seems to have fixed itself. The firefox issue has not.

The text in the tab, the search bar, and the bookmark name is all tiny and I can barely read it. Everything else is normal and this is not a problem with other browsers. I have tried switching the text size in firefox settings, I have changed the text size in windows display settings, and I have even tried changing the overall size of the browser through "about:config" and changing the "layout.css.devPixelsPerPx" to a higher number, but nothing works.

I can use the app just fine, but I cannot read the text in the tab, search bar, or bookmark.

Hello, My Firefox recently updated (it's now v. 138.0.1), and now I can't seem to create tab groups anymore. When I move one tab on top of another, nothing happens. What can I do to get this useful tool back? Thank you!

Firefox browser for Android is my favorite, but it still has many shortcomings, like you cannot use private DNS in it, there is no option of bookmark import export, you cannot move bookmarks up and down and create a group of tabs and you cannot use themes, and there is no Hindi language in the inbuilt translate, and the speed of the browser is also low and not smooth, I request you to work on whatever I have told you and implement it in the browser, thanks

Is this why my FF is running godawful slow today?

Pages coming up in 20 to 60 seconds or more instead of in a second or two.

We recently update Firefox with version 138.0 and now getting the message "Gah. Your tab just crashed" when opening the browser.

We attempted to update and install version 138.0.1 only resulting with the same error. We also found and attempted the following all resulting with the same error: - change the about:config page for settings to false for both browser.tabs.remote.autostart and browser.tabs.remote.autostart.2

- clear browser cache.

- enable Temporary Mode in the Help menu. This appears to fix the problem but only for the current browser session. When a new Firefox window is opened, the error reappears.

What is needed to resolve this error or is there a way to permanently enable Temporary Mode or some similar setting? Thanks for all your help with this.

The list of previously visited sites in firefox windows seems to have shrunk in some recent update of firefox. Now, when I click the address bar I only get 5 options, the first being search with google and the remaining 4 being previously visited sites. Used to be that list was much longer. Is there a way to customize this, or revert it back to where it contains 10+ items?

Since this morning I cannot access Lastpass vault in Firefox. I still seem to be signed in and Lastpass is filling password forms. But when I go to the vault I just get a blank screen. It continued to work ok on chrome but I use FF for most of my everyday browsing. I believe that FF was just updated yesterday.

I had to reset windows 11, all my files were kept ,including the history in firefox but the bookmarks of 10 years of work were deleted. I tried to restore it but there is no old version in my computer after the reset. iI am vey sad. please contact me in [email address] for help thank you

I'm using my android tablet to access the Microsoft website. When I click on the link to the desired page, the page flashes for a second and then goes blank. What's wrong, and how do I fix it?

Got a number of devices with Firefox installed, all of them Firefox Sync'ed. Most of them on rapid release version cycle and a couple of them on ESR.

When https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/website-translation it provided a clean way to browse entire pages automatically translated. Problem is that the translate option is not there.

I'm at work right now on ESR 115.15.0 / Windows 10 64-bit and no translate icon appears on the address bar when checking German or French or Japanese sites (for example). Comparing my own browser settings to another, non-ESR FF it seems that on ESR something is missing. There is only a reference "Firefox Translations" and a "Exceptions" button to it. Check the attached image.

Can't tell if this is a bug or a feature (ie ESR lacks Firefox translate).
