In both my Inbox and my saved email folders, when I click on an end-to-end encrypted email, Thunderbird (v145) displays "Loading Message..." and then blocks with a spinning blue "working" cursor for on the order of 30-60 seconds. The Thunderbird dialog then appears to make some progress, as the windows seems to "flash" as if it's being cleared, but the email content doesn't appear. After about another 20-30 seconds, the encrypted email contents appear, correctly decrypted.

This long delay only occurs when I click on encrypted email messages, and it happens every time I click on an encrypted email message, and this behavior only started occurring in the past couple of days (correlated, I believe with Thunderbird updating to v145) so I think it's safe to assume the issue is with end-to-end encryption/decryption in Thunderbird v145.

How can I get all Firefox settings as a simple table? I am sure that is how they are kept by the program, somewhere outside the Firefox UI. Are they kept in the System Registry? It would sure make troubleshooting & continuity easier when moving to new devices/CPUs.

I constantly get pop ups for AI i don't want and the AI makes firefox slower. I don't see a use in AI integration with Firefox and I would like to disable it. How can i do this?

I am a user over at the Arcamax website I use it nightly to read the comics section for the last two days i keep getting an error message .

I went into my system cleared out the cookies for that website still cant get into the website I switch over to Chrome and it works fine but slow as molasses.

I have just upgraded to version 145 and the title bar has disappeared Even though I have the Title Bar option checked in the customize firefox panel. If I uncheck the title bar option and then check the title bar option, the title bar will appear, but when I close firefox and then restart firefox the title bar is gone.

I installed Firefox yesterday, and everything was fine for a day. Today, when I play a YouTube video, the entire page freezes - I can't pause it, select text, or do anything. The page starts responding after about 10 seconds from last interaction.

Compared to Chrome, I can play 20 YouTube videos at once and everything works fine.

The problem only occurs on YouTube. Sites like CDA and Jellyfin work fine.

Unable to write the email to the mailbox. Make sure the file system allows you write privileges, and you have enough disk space to copy the mailbox. Also, I downloads a few old emails from September 2. If I delete them, they re-download when I click on get mail. I do get mail on my phone and on the Xfinity web site. As of a few days ago (mid-October 2025), when I'm on an eBay listing page, nothing I click on works. I can navigate to my watchlist, selling pages, etc, so it seems like it's just the listing pages. When I'm on a listing page, if I click on the heart to "watch" an item, nothing happens. If I click on thumbnails in the photos to try and view other images than the main one, nothing happens. The buttons on the right for "Add to Cart", "Buy it Now", etc also do not function. I think it's been about 3 or 4 days since this problem started. I opened a listing page in Chrome and it worked as usual, all the buttons seemed functional.

I've been using Firefox since forever but over the last couple of months, the auto translate subtitles (to English) hasn't been working when watching Youtube videos. There's a thread on the Youtube support site with nearly 40,000 posts of people with the same issue and tonight I was trying to watch a video where the hosts talk in Italian, so I use auto translate to English subtitles but no subtitles appear. It will show Italian language subtitles.

I've gone back through this Youtube channel's history trying videos I've previously watched from months/years ago when auto translate used to work but even they're not working now.

I decided to try the video in Edge browser and to my surprise the auto translate to English worked there. They also work in Chrome.

So what could be causing this issue on Firefox, which started about August time?

This is quite bizarre as I assumed all the processing/translation was done by Google/Youtube so in what way can Firefox be part of this issue?

To be clear, subtitles in the (foreign) language the people are speaking, works. Subtitles translated from that language to English (or other languages) has stopped working. Subtitles translated from that language to English IS working on Edge and Chrome browser.

I have been using Dashlane Password for a long time. For several weeks it hasn't worked. The program used to ask for my address and master password, but it no longer does. Now it asks for a code number of 6ix digits instead, stating that the number has been sent to my address. However, I never receive the number. My address has never changed and is the first thing it asks for. Then, no code arrives.I have sent many requests, including specifics about the change and lack of access, but have not gotten a reply to any. I think Dashlane died and customer support also did. My 147 passwords, financial information, personal address and SSN are all still there at Dead Dashlane. If they won't answer Mozzilla either at least I tried.
