I cannot access my primary Firefox account, don't have a two-step authentication app configured for the account, can't find recovery codes, and don't have a logged-in device. In addition, I subscribe to premium services linked to the affected Firefox account, so I'm now unable to access them as well. To ask this question, I created a new Firefox account.
What should I do now? It seems I'm stuck paying for services I can no longer access. I can't even cancel the premium services since I can't access the affected Firefox account. How can I contact Mozilla Corp?

Windows 11 needs antivirus because it's Windows. So. How compatible are McAfee LiveSafe and Firefox with Mozilla VPN? I had been using Firefox browser for awhile, but because of playback performance issue, I have to using another browser just for video playing, especially for 4K video.
Compared to Edge, Firefox seems taking more resources to playback the YouTube video and more heat. When look at the Task Manager, the Video Processing is 0%, and GPU is running significantly more resources on '3D'.

I cannot login to their wifi using Firefox; I have to copy the address and paste it into Google Chrome and after confirming my information I am able to browse normally until the next day; It must reset at some point.

Hi, I am trying to save my most important Bookmarks as Shortcuts in Firefox Homepage, but Firefox is not showing the icons of the shortcuts, instead it is showing as Letters of the site. This bug occurs very randomly, but it seems there have few things in common.
- Occurring on domain level, one domain at once. For example, if Youtube.com stuck, any sub address including each video page is not loaded. Other website and whole browser works fine. - Other program on same PC is not affected, too. - Which page is stop loading is completely random. It might be happen only on a popular, feature-rich site like amazon, google, but not sure. - The timing is also random. Maybe after waking PC up from sleep, but not sure. Frequency of occurrence is once every 1~5 days. - The workaround without restarting browser is 1.)switching to other container tabs(strangely), 2.)opening website on private window. Disabling all the addon manually didn't help.
Since it's randomness, I didn't have any logs about this issue.

All of a sudden, Twitter will not let me log in on Firefox (Windows 11 laptop). It works on my phone, tablet, and other browsers. When I try to log into Twitter on Firefox, I get an error saying "Oops, something went wrong. Please try again later. " I have already tried updating the browser, clearing my cache, and clearing my cookies and I'm still having the issue. What can I do to fix this?
