I changed my email on my Firefox account a while back. I've been able to sign in on other devices but on a new Windows Machine, I'm unable to sign in.

I try to use the primary email, and it prompts me to make a new account.

My old email brings up an account to sign into but then it asks me to use the primary email. Any help would be appreciated.

When I try to "sign into" Firefox using Google Chrome, I see the following message: "This account is not active. Please contact an administrator if you believe this is an error." I do not know how to contact an administrator. I do not see this statement when I sign into Firefox using my Firefox browser. Maybe (I think) the issue is that I need to use my Firefox browser to "sign into" Firefox (and, not Google Chrome). Thank you for your comments about this.

Hello, Login into my firefox account works on Android but, with the same username and password, fails on Windows 11 with the error message " Something went wrong..." I would appreciate getting your help to fix this issue. Thank you and regards.

Anyone know how to fix this? (See image) This is ONLY Firefox on Windows 11. I tried everything ChatGPT suggested but nothing works. I know it is a minor thing, but it is visually annoying to me because I prefer Firefox over Chrome. But Chrome works just fine. And please note this is a brand new Windows 11 PC and first install of Firefox. I have reinstalled several times and it doesn't change. Nor does any CSS hack ChatGPT threw at me. Thanks if you can fix it!

Do I meed a seperate Login for support.mozilla.org and addons.mozilla.org?
