Because the economy, inflation, and lower incomes are still a major problem, many users like myself need to continue using old computers that can only run Windows 7. So we need Firefox ESR 115 to continue being supported with updates for at least a couple more years.

When I try to sign in to Chase banking, it tells me to upgrade my browser, which I have already done. Had to use Edge to login successfully. Using Windows 11 Pro with current Firefox browser.

Hi, I have an old PC with Win7 and Firefox 115.30.0esr (64-bit) (latest version from 11 november 25) and this website cultuursmakers.be has problems aka differences with Firefox 141.0.3 (of my Android tablet) and other browsers such as Chrome. The green heading block overlaps and hide the upper part of the content block. For example, if you select inloggen (log in), then you see that the user name (naam) is not visible and only the box for the password is shown. Work around: Right click on the header and select Inspect. In the Inspector (html column) select the header tag. In the Inspector (css column) uncheck in the '.header.--fixed' selector the line 'position: fixed;' Now the content block shifts down and all content is visible. Can you verify / fix that? Today, I cannot open Cox E-mail using Firefox, but I can with Google Chrome (which I pretty much never use). See the error message below, can someone help? I have a Dell E6520 laptop running Window 7. Thanks.

I'm unable to log in to Telephone Service Co. - TSC Wapakoneta, Ohio website using Firefox, but Internet Explorer logs in OK. TSC Customer Service indicated problem was in Firefox, but Firefox seems to work OK on other sites. TSC suggested I clear cache & cookies. Is this a good idea? If so, how do I do that?

I am trying to upload a document on the Supreme Court portal (UK) but it won't work I am told because my browser has to allow pop ups and cookies. Where can I get Firefox to so allow?

Firstly, I have a brain injury. I am easily overwhelmed by information and am slow to understand - especially anything to do with I.T.

Recently, I began successfully accessing the internet / Firefox via my Wifi Repeater. As of two or three days ago. I keep being asked to "log in to access the Internet", but even after I do it (successfully, as far as my repeater is concerned) I'm no further forward; I keep being asked to log in.

Thanks to my repeater I have a strong signal when in my garden office. But after a month, Firefox has suddenly stopped allowing me to use it. I am back at Square 1, before I purchased the thing.

I need need to work from my office. Please help resume my Repeater's access.

I still have not had any improvement with tab crashes especially on sites containing videos. Lately, every time i go on Facebook and play a video reel, i stop the video and before i can return to my home page, the tab crashes. This browser has gotten worse rather than improving.

Why does Vanguard say my Firefox browser is no longer supported. It says I have to update to the latest version. I am using version 115.26.0esr (64-bit) and it says Firefox is up to date.

Their website seems to work okay, but they say I may not be getting the "best experience," whatever that means.

Any information about this would be appreciated. Thanks!

Why can the Firefox source code (view-source) of a website be nearly three times the size compared with Chrome/Opera or when I save the Firefox source code marked and copied and then pasted and saved via an editor?

Example: Firefox 546,6 KiB Chrome/Opera 204,3 KiB via Editor 204,3 KiB (marked and copied Firefox source code)

Rebuilt my computer, restored Bookmarks from 'bookmarks-2025-08-30.html' but the original 'Other bookmarks' (just below 'Bookmarks toolbar') is now empty and has been moved to the bottom of all my other bookmarks in a new 'Other Bookmarks' folder. How do I get the contents back in the 'Other bookmarks' (just below 'Bookmarks toolbar'). P.S. I have a backed up 'bookmarks-2025-08-30.json' as well as a ' bookmarks-2025-08-30.html' available, if that would help. Regards and Best, NP_145

Hi Mozzies When I try to play news videos from my local radio station I get this error. The videos originate from our local TV channel which uses Brightcove hosting. Safari and Google Chrome can play the videos. If I go to the source on the TV channel, I can play the video. Hardware MacBook Pro OSX 10.14.6. FireFox version 115.30.0esr (64-bit)
