I use Thunderbird to manage my single email account. It is not a gmail account. I have received emails from others with a gmail accout, but my replies are not received by them. New emails from me to a gmail account are similarly not received. Any ideas on how to configure Thunderbird to handle this problem?

New computer since a week ago. Thunderbird was fully functional the first days. Not using the computer for last 3 days.

Now is the internet connection in Thunderbird only works in troubleshoot mode

How can i detect the the reason for the problem. Even the check for Update in The About fails with connection times out. Can´t access any of may mail accounts all fails. Unblocked Thunderbird in Firewall and Virus Running Windows 11 with latest updates. Thunderbird version 115.10.2 (64-bit)

there seem to be a recaptcha issue - it was working yesterday, and today it doesn't. Over the last few weeks, emails have vanished from my inbox, as well as trash, templates and other mail boxes. In may cases, no emails are being displayed, when "total message count" shows messages are present. In other cases, several days of recent messages have disappeared.

I have tried "repair folders," deleting "smart mailboxes' and even deleting the .mlf file of one inbox without success.

I have 6 email accounts including 2 GMail. The problem is in all of them. As the screenshot shows, there is a disparity between total messages and displayed messages in all boxes (partial view of accounts).

I sent an email with multiple BCCs and no CCs or TOs, I put myself as one of the BCCs.

I did not receive it and I do not think anybody else did as well since I asked a few people.

The email is in the sent folder. I tried forwarding the email from my sent folder to myself as CC, and that worked. I also tried fowarding as BCC, and that worked.

So what is going on? Is BCC working? How can I know for certain? Do I need to foward the email as BCCs to all my BCCs to get this to work?

Whenever i encounter a reCAPTCHA, and click "i am not a robot", the wheel keeps spinning and spinning and spinning. I never get to the screen where i have to verify images or a check mark. Just started happening randomly.

I've spent hours searching. Tried every single solution-new profile, erased firefox and reinstalled, troubleshoot mode, firefox refresh, turned tracking protection off, changed network settings, reset wifi adapter, you name it i tried it. I need to get past reCAPTCHA's for work. Getting so frustrated. Please help!

One important point-the only other browser i have on my laptop is Microsoft edge and it' works perfectly on Edge!

Cox has recently given their email to yahoo. While the cox.net email works on yahoo mail when I tried to configure my cox.net email address on tbird mail it failed Will my cox.net email address once again work on tbird mail Thank you

In the last couple of days I've been unable to login to my virginmedia accounts using firefox, all other browers work fine, I can enter details no trouble but as soon as I press the blue button on their page nothing happens, cleared cookies and data for virgin but didnt help.

Headlines and other tabs are not showing text properly - Not even a different language - Example of the way a headline or tab would read: Vj cv)u"k# with other parts of the website reading is ok. Especially in the application Vimeo.

I have rebooted computer and confirmed it is something to do with Firefox because when I go and use another platform like chrome it looks fine, no problems.

A website's verification code box was one digit too small. Had to use another browser to complete the verification. The website is http://www.ssa.gov

I never had this problem before.Specifically, the last digit in the verification code code not enter the box.

I can no longer move an email from unified to a specific folder without it bouncing back. If move it to a folder it appears there and If I then delete it from unified, it deletes the email in the folder. Only just started happening. What I want is to be able to move the email to a folder, in order to keep the amount of emails in unified to a manageable level.

Please help. I have always been able to access Google Images when using my Firefox browser. Now I only get a limited few. For example if I am searching for images of Cedar Waxwings (a bird) I only see a limited amount of images and the word "Store" keeps showing up. Please tell me how to restore my otherwise satisfying experience of access all IMAGES. Thanks.

Since the update TB to v115.10.1 it will not connect to server, the server just times out.

BUT If I then login to the server directly from browser and check mail (IMAP by the way) using my web online interface I get emails THEN if I open TB it connects and downloads as it should.

This is weird. It's been checking more than a dozen email accounts for a number of years without errors.

Today May 1, I noticed that any website that shows a recaptcha checkbox, including the google recaptcha demo (https://www.google.com/recaptcha/api2/demo) only shows an infinite spinner in firefox v125.0.3. I've tried the same sites in chrome and edge and the recaptcha works fine. In FF, I have cleared my cache, disabled tracking protection, disabled anti-virus and tried troubleshooting mode - still get the infinite spinner. Last week, I had no problems with recaptcha.

Strange issues 125.0.3 Installed and I am getting scrambled text and some icons. When I check logs from my server the text is unreadable, if I try Edge or another browser, all is well. I included a sample log file.

I am also experiencing strange icons in google maps (see image). Those are supposed to be the road number markers, this also works correctly in Edge and other browsers.
