I've noticed that my Firefox browser is taking longer than usual to load web pages, switch between tabs, and respond to user input. This slowdown is affecting my browsing experience and productivity. I've tried restarting the browser and my computer, clearing the cache and cookies, and disabling unnecessary extensions, but the performance issues persist. I'm not sure what else I can do to improve the speed and responsiveness of Firefox.

I can't scroll to The bottom of browser's menu lately, meaning i can't get to setups. I could not long ago while still having the bug, as a bit of the setup button was "reachable", but it is nów replaced by that "turn into pdf" feature. The bug itself is also rather new, although i can't tell precisely when i first noticed IT to occur, as it is on my heavy duty work phone and i use browser irregularly on it.

So, i don't see "refresh" button (or can't Reach IT, don't remember wether it was at the bottom od somewhere else), setup button and anything bellow the print button. Well, bellow that "save as pdf" button precisely, although i can't really swe said button.

I use the firefox browser on two computers and the sync of the bookmarks is enabled. On one of this computers dont work the sync of the bookmarks. I get no errormessage if I press "now sync", but I dont get the bookmarks. Could you help?

Chrome and Edge render the page just fine

I have been using Firefox for many years and never had issues. Two days ago, I turned on my HP with Windows 10 and I got a pop up message something about Error Platform 126.0 XUL Runner is not compatible. I could not access Firefox, Google, or the internet. I uninstalled Firefox and reinstalled, but after that, everything runs very slow. Each time I go into a website, it can take up to over a minute to pull up! I cannot even delete email from my Gmail! It's piling up. Downloading can take over an hour! I checked all the trouble shooting forums in Mozilla and tried just about everything. I went back into "About:profile"s and created a new profile. It it did not make any difference. I also did a Firefox refresh. Did not help any. I went back into the profile I had before the XUL error because my bookmarks were there. Still slow. I cleaned out the cache, in both Firefox and my Windows 10. made no difference. I only have three extensions in Firefox. I don't know what else I can do to fix this. Also, my drivers and other software are automatically updated by Windows. My HP is only 2 years old as well. Everything was fine in Firefox until that XUL error message popped up and I had to uninstall and reinstall Firefox. That is when everything became agonizingly slow!

Update: My computer is barely usable anymore because of the Firefox issue. Having to wait for a minute or more for everything I do on the internet? I know it cannot be my computer itself because it is not even two years old yet. I may have to dump Firefox if I cannot get this fixed. I have Norton 360 and it is not malware or a virus. Firefox messed something up.

Thunderbird keeps suggesting to use the Filelink feature for sending large files. And I am quite on board with that idea. However, the only way I can officially share large files with the industry partner is a Kiteworks platform, that is configured to only allow SFTP and the webclient.

When clicking on "Find more providers", the only provider that isn't specific to a business like Dropbox is Webdav.

Is there any way to use an SFTP server for Filelink?

For some reason accounts/passwords are not syncing on Firefox across my iPhone and MacBook. I have both signed into the account and have set up sync but it is not sharing across the devices.

I can control the number of rows. I can control whether to accept sponsored shortcuts. (I have chosen *not to.) I can control whether I want 1 or more rows to reflect recent activity. (I have chosen *not to.)

Yet until I pin my own preference to *every shortcut, it seems I cannot stop FF from putting "suggestions" in the empty slots, based on nothing but a single web visit.

This is annoying.

Moreover, if I visit several different pages connected to the same site, FF will put them all into shortcuts, with the same icons.

This is possibly even more annoying.

I am coming from Brave. They don't do things like that, although there is obviously a reason I'm giving FF a look.

But I would recommend, heartily, a home page shortcut box in settings that one could click (and actually *mean* something), like: "Don't ever suggest or fill in any shortcuts for any reason. I will handle it, and I don't like correcting your mistaken ideas."

Why is the update for the browser on iOS not automatically update itself by simply closing and opening again?

Hi there. I wiped my C Drive and reinstalled windows 11 on my PC. Completely from scratch.

The first few thing I did is download firefox. I believe in the first boot of firefox, I can download things fine, I installed Ublock Origin add-on and a few installers for the app that I need to use. I can't recall when, but after a few reboot, I noticed that Firefox can't download anything, every download link I click on, the download fail instantly, I can't install add-ons as well.

I tried reinstall firefox, changing download folder target, nothing helped.

Can you take a look please? Thank you!

One of my two gmail accouns has suddenly become impossible to access (cannot receive, cannot send). T'Bird produces an Authentication has Failed notification, after a Google Window headed "Sign in to Mozilla Thunderbird Email" which refuses to go away. Clicking on the 'help' or 'privacy' options in that google window produces no more than a blank window but then "Sign in to Mozilla Thunderbird Email" reappears a few minutes later. My other gmail account doesn't have this problem, so I assume it's not gmail but it's T'Bird.

What's going on?

(BTW signing into this Support resulted in an email "New sign-in to Mozilla Support" warning "New sign-in to Mozilla Support to Firefox on Windows 10". Trouble is, I'm on Windows 11. Trivial maybe, but telling maybe.)

What is the way to tell thunderbird to index IMAP folders in global-messages-db.sqlite which are not stored locally?

And a more generally, how does this part work, message indexing and remote IMAP folders not stored locally? Here, after removing the database, thunderbird indexed only some very limited set of IMAP folders in the Gloda, but not all of the folders, despite all are checked for "Include in global search". Or maybe it didn't even index whole folders, - I can't say for sure.

I have display problems with Beta 127 (b4) on a Windows ARM PC (Adreno 685 GPU). FF itself and websites. Version 126 and later runs fine. These errors do not occur when hardware acceleration is switched off!

I'm unable to open pdf in mozila as it is showing access denied in acrobatservices.adobe.com in the all other browser its opeing perfectly please fix this issue vfast opens in chrome and stuck in mozila at 100% and screen gets blanked as the access is denied helpppp
