When TB starts up, the only folders I can see are Recent. I can go to View/Folders and click ALL, and as soon as I move the mouse away from that menu item, it switches back to Recent. This started on version 115.09, but persists after I've "upgraded" to 115.10.1.

It has now (5/3/24 17:25 CDT) been 2-1/2 days since I submitted this problem, and no one has responded that it has even been noticed, much less solved. One of my two email accounts is a POP3, and the other is IMAP. The IMAP account Inbox doesn't even show up on the TB home screen. (If that info is of any help).

PLEASE ADVISE. My emails are an integral part of my business, and I cannot get to almost any them.

The email acount I was using to sign-in to Firefox has been breached annd the onlyway I can recover it involves sending drivers license photo and current photo ofmy delf -- ehich would not prove snything. If somebody hsd my enough info they could fake that easy enough. Although they have takenaway allour privacy I refuse to send them that info.

If I had simply said I need helpchanging my password they never would have known. I was honest about the reason I needed a new password. Ended in my contacting Paypal and telling them to not acceot any more charges as I had the Premium email.

So noe I need a new sign-in here and Firefox becuase if I am asked code to be retrieved from that provider I won't be able to get it.

I just asked this question a few minutes ago. This is a correction. It's only the font size in my signature that has shrunk since the latest Thunderbird update. The image in the signature is still the same size as it was before the update. I would like to know HOW to make the signature font size the same as the message font size.

I had version 102:15:1 up and running after I had new terrible version 115 removed. Now during an update TB/Mozilla reverted me back to 115. Now I do not seem to be able to downgrade back to 102:15:1 again. WHY Help would be gratefully received. Thanks

The height of the viewing panel for emails is far too small. I can only see a couple of lines of text at the most and am unable to reduce the height of the incoming list of emails as previously in order to increase the height of the viewing panel. I have been helped to increase the font size of the overall layout so that I can now read it better but the green button to declare that my problem has been solved tells me that the page isn't working!

thank you for taking out my new real email that I wish to use a sign-in ID I read the ibstructions to not leave personal info.But I was wondering how Iwould get an answer -- and of course I just have to check back here regulary. Hi Firefox community,

I'm looking for some help troubleshooting display problems with one specific website. (I've had no other issues like this with any other webpage.) This website is a log that we use at work to track cases.

The first screenshot is what the webpage is supposed to look like when displayed properly (loads properly in Internet Explorer). The second screenshot is what I see when I try to access the page on Firefox. I've also found that the links in the buttons don't work either.

A couple of things I've already tried based on forum suggestions that haven't fixed it: - Refreshed/reloaded the page - Deleted cookies/cache - Updated Firefox (currently version 119.0) - Reset Zoom, minimum font size, page style, checked that Javascript was enabled, unchecked hardware acceleration - Turned off Enhanced Tracking Protection, verified that Firefox wasn't blocking parts of the page through the padlock icon next to the address bar - Restarted my laptop after all of this (using Windows 11 on Dell XPS 15)

Any suggestions or advice is greatly appreciated. It's not the end of the world if I can't fix it but it's just a bizarre error and I'd prefer to not open Internet Explorer every time I have to use this website.

DuckDuckGo is default browser on iOS ad iMac. I want to block any and all Amazon.com results from my searches. How do I do that? If an overall block is not possible, how to I customize a search or the results list to filter out Amazon.com?

I know i have asked this already but i did not receive an answer of a solution and id really like someone to help me with this. PLEASE READ THOROUGHLY - Thru Firefox, I use Tineye to find related photos - I use it all the time, it's been great - I always use a VPN and have never had problems until now (as of yesterday). Now it won't search, a verify you're human window comes up, and I have to keep clicking squares, which I do - but then it says to allow cookies and start over. Well I don't want to allow cookies (Firefox-Mozilla kinda encourages using their tools to block cookies, which I much prefer), and I CANT FIND WHERE TO ALLOW (not yelling its just that I said this before and it wasn't noticed) cookies even if I did (I went to Firefox preferences all I could find was under privacy & security cross-site cookies but that did nothing) and I don't want to disable my VPN. Maybe I should mention that I just added or started a Mozilla account, as I have had immense trouble with my aol emails, and am trying to move everything over to a gmail account. My sign in to Firefox was the aol email, and I had to try (I thought I did it) add another account, which I think I did successfully. So it was right after that, that all this started. Help please! I did get the following reply, saying to allow cookies (BUT I DON"T KNOW HOW OR WHERE TO DO IT) and something about a new browser profile and to stay out of my sync account, and I APOLOGIZE, but I have no clue what all that means. What is a broweser profile, what is a sync account and how do I stay out of it? I guess well I know i'm not too smart about this kinda stuff, so I apologize but I think I need detailed step by step what to do to fix this. I know thats a lot of typing, sorry.

The temporary fix for the unpopulated unified folders including the Sent folder, and the issues with missing messages, some showing up in individual folders and not the unified folder and vice versa were just that, temporary fixes. Yesterday, the Sent folder was back to being unpopulated, and the individual folders containing my important and starred messages were all open for some mysterious reason. How this happened out of the blue is also a mystery, because I was not notified of an upgrade. If upgrades are installing on my computer without my permission, this is completely unacceptable. This is a subject that needs to be taken seriously at this point.

I am migrating to a new phone. WhatsApp offered firefox as an option for storing its passkey. That took me to the connection and synchronisation process which the new phone said had failed. However all my tabs and other passwords appear to be syncing. Now selecting firefox to store the WhatsApp passkey takes me back to the failure page every time. Any idea how to restart the passkey addition to firefox process? WhatsApp won't work whilst I'm hung up in limbo between the two apps.

I am tired of this [removed] browser quitting, even when I don't have it open...I am going to uninstall it and NEVER install it again...I tried a full uninstall to see if it would fix whatever the [removed] issue with it was, but it is doing the same [removed] again!...I don't have this problem with any other browser I use on my system (Chrome, Brave, Opera and Tor)...I am tired of dealing with this [removed], so you can just take your [removed] and shove it!!!

How the hell does a browser crash when it isn't even being used???!!!

No need to respond and ask for any logs or other [removed], because it will all be gone!!!
