Hello,

I was using the previous version of Thunderbird (115.10.0) (64-bit), which was crashing upon exit. I tried to update by clicking on Help and About Thunderbird, but it didn't automatically update to the newer version (115.10.1 (64-bit)). So the instructions I followed was do download the new version. However, when I open the new version, all my email accounts and calendars are missing. How do I restore my old profile?

I have played "Hero Wars,Dominion Era " for years on Fire Fox...They did an "update" last week(Thursday or friday 04/25-26?24)and I haven't been able to log onto the game itself since...I can still open the Hero wars home page,I can get into my "discord" chat etc etc etc,but I cannot get into my individual game.(If it helps,my Hero wars game ID # is 10920140)...I had to start playing the game itself on Google Chrome...I am hopeing you can help find a solution as everything I do is from Fire Fox & I really don't like chrome :(...PLEASE Help me resolve this if possible! ( Nexus suggested I use "Incognito" on FireFox ( I remeber that from a few yrs back,but honestly,i haven't used or seen "incognito" since :()

My name is Grey, and I'm experiencing an issue using Firefox as a browser to open my Outlook mail. For the past three days I have not been able to open any emails as a network error screen appears. Using other devices and other browsers like Edge, the emails open fine, so it is not actually a network issue. This problem only occurs using Firefox, and specifically with Outlook emails. Everything else functions fine and I have not made any changes, besides the regular Firefox update. My computer is also up to date.

What can I do about this issue? I appreciate the advice,

I reset a computer, deleting all my files. I want to use, as I do elsewhere, Firefox as my browser. And though I signed into Firefox using my old credentials, none of my bookmarks are there. How do I complete this setup?

I'm using Firefox 124.0.2 (64 bit) on Windows, and every few days I get the error about using an older version of Firefox, with Exit or Create New Profile options. I then run "firefox -allow-downgrade" from the command prompt and everything works fine... for a few days, when it happens all over again. This only started happening a couple of weeks ago, but it's getting really annoying. How do I stop it (short of using something like Waterfox or Brave).

I need major help, please.

I am getting the attached messages when trying to send an email. Thunderbird worked perfectly yesterday morning, but then would not send any emails. I get emails, but cannot send from my 2 accounts.

I am on the latest version of Thunderbird, Supernova 115.10.1

Also, I cannot find out where to change my password for the accounts, because at times I need to fill in a password. I can't find it.

With the latest version of Firefox the menu, etc. have a font size that is TOO SMALL. There are many Mozilla posts about this problem.

My wife cannot read them. I can barely read them. If this is not fixed soon, we will switch to another browser.

Can the Firefox code writers fix this?

For years, I have used print to pdf in Firefox to generate pdf files of long web pages. It always worked. But lately, I noticed that huge numbers of blank pages are inserted in the pdf file, seemingly at random. I looked at the HTML source, and could not see anything that obviously triggers the blank pages. For example, a web page that ought to print to about 35 pages generates a file of more than 600 pages, with most of them blank.

I can use Microsoft Edge as an alternative, but pdf files from that browser strip out all the color, and are nevertheless super huge, about ten times larger than the ones from Firefox. E.g. the file mentioned above, about 35 pages, would be about 1.3 MB from firefox, and 12 MB from Edge. So getting the file from Firefox would be nice.

Is there a reason why print to pdf is behaving in this strange way, and anything I can do about it?

I lost emails in my inbox and draft folders. Contacted carbonite to restore and they asked if emails in these folders were "physical" files that got deleted and if so what type of file the were ( such as MSF). Can some someone help please?

Hi I am having problems with Thunderbird, i’m not sure if it’s to do with a windows 11 update or something else. Thunderbird is not responding also at the start of the ‘not responding’ emails from one of my accounts disappeared and then gradually started to reappear but didn’t get up to date and now just not responding st all. I have tried various things to resolve this, uninstalling and reinstalling Thunderbird, doing this and opening my pc in safe mode, doing this and opening Thunderbird in safe mode. Deleting and reinstalling the latest windows 11 update, reinstalling the latest Thunderbird update. I don’t know what to try next? I read somewhere to delete your profile, after saving it, and getting a new profile but no idea how to do this. Any help appreciated.

According to Help>About Thubderbird the current version is 115. But searches in my browser tells me the latest version is 105.

Am I not searching deep enough?

Thunderbird won't send an email because it thinks the email address I'm sending to has spam features. When I type the email address in the To bar it immediately puts an asterisk after the address. The email address is bzawacki@xxxxxxx.com. When I send the email it looks as though it sends then immediately an error message comes up that says the mail server responded with error code 43TH9mcn085202 and blocked the email because it has spam features. All I'm doing is sending an insurance estimate as an attachment to my car dealer. I've gone out to my ISP and added this address as a trusted sender but that didn't fix my issue.

When I turn off the windows animations in Windows 10 the font on Twitter.com changes somewhat. I believe it is altering the character spacing/scaling.

I have not had this behavior on other browsers (Brave, Edge, Chrome & OperaGX tested). I have not noticed this on other websites, but I also haven't really looked.

I have tried to install my password manager Sticky Password several times to the firefox browser. The current version of sticky password is installed and running but the firefox browser leaves me a message saying it is not installed or running.
