For the past few days I’m unable to login to my Microsoft outlook hotmail. Whenever logging in I would get the message “something went wrong” with “click to refresh”. I’ve tried refreshing the page multiple times, clearing all cookies, restart my old lab top. Still, the same something went wrong messages. Please assist. Thank you.

I upgraded my firefox today to 101 I think and now I cannot search or go to any website. I tried to restore to a previous version and it said none are available. The only way I can use firefox to go on the web is if I go into troubleshooting mode. How can I fix this?

I need support by phone!!!

All your support answers on the web page do not help.

Many of the answers suggest going to options. FIREFOX DOESN'T HAVE AN OPTIONS BUTTON.

I can't reset my password. I reset my password for my main email but missed the box that popped up and needed a retry but it wouldn't open up for me again. How can I open that little box to reset my password?

I have e-bay on firefox Vista and (Microsoft and when I click on item watching and go into the item to move it to my watch list it will not work....... it this problem and I do believe due to the support on the computer. With said this is the only thin not working, it did it before and I remove fire fox and re-installed and it did work but this time I did the same and did not work. With said I do not know what I did but I thought maybe some one know what I can try to go into and do some clicking other wise every thing else works. I will tell you also that Misrosoft does not alloy now to open anything in e-bay......any help would be for help...... also all works o.k. on a i-pad.... for now any help would be great.... I have been using Firefox for ages and never had a problem - love it - but now I see the remark: Firefox has ended support for Windows 8 and Vista on my screen at the right top corner. It also will no longer update my computer.

I do have and use Windows 10 - so I don't see what is the problem? I tried to refresh and that didn't work either.

Please help because I like to stay with Firefox but I do need to update and keep my computer secure.

I am not very computer savy so please tell me what to do in simple word.

closed private window w/ 'history' display open. Now the Private window always displays the 'history' sidebar every time it's opened. ps: old system i can't afford to replace running vista with latest FF v. available for it. Works great for what i want to do. Thanks.

I have trouble downloading the newest version because it says that Firefox has ended support for Windows 8 and Vista.

But I DO NOT USE THESE OLD VERSIONS - I DO USE WINDOWS 10 on this computer.

Could you please let me know how to fix this in plain english so I can easily do it myself - I am no computer wizzard.

I use Vesta only for e-bay and emails....problem is that on ebay when watching item and click on to it putting it in my WATCH LIST it does not work. On my i-pad it all works o.k. ( is this to do to Microsoft ) I delete Firefox and re-installed and it does the same.......any other thing I can do until I replace this computer ASAP on your time and advis
