I have a LG D2342 Screen. This screen has 3d Support. I play Battlefield 3. The 3d is running through an application called Tridef 3d. When I launch the game with the Tridef it starts to open Firefox and then the firefox would just stop responding and crashes. I like to use firefox but currently I cannot set it as my default due to this problem.

I cannot use iCloud.com in Firefox at all. Starting from the login prompt there are many issues. From the e-mail field, you cannot use Tab to move to password field, only mouse. From the password field, you do not see the eye icon to show password (IE only?), and cannot use the clickable arrow to continue, only enter. Once signed in, you can click any of the icons such as Mail or Calender, but not the Help "?" in the corner. From inside any and all of the services (Mail, Reminders, etc) you lose complete control of any of the buttons, options, scrolling menus - everything. The back button on the website (iCloud icon) does not work, forcing you to use the browser back button. Clicking on another service presents the same issues - absolutely nothing is usable, clickable, or scrollable. It seems like Javascript has completely failed - though that is an uneducated guess in the dark.

This occurs on Windows 8 64bit and Firefox 18/19 Beta. I have gone through many troubleshooting steps and it has made no difference in the slightest. I have cleared all caches several times, from inside Firefox and through 3rd party utilities. Tested in Safe Mode to no avail. Manually removed several add-ons, checked all add-ons are fully up-to-date (as always), and reset all Firefox settings to default (except Hardware Acceleration that causes graphics issues in 8 - does not help iCloud.com enabled, though). It works fully in all other browsers with similar add-ons without issue. I have not done a full, complete reset and profile removal - that is next. However, I have a gut feeling that is not the issue at hand. I performed a clean install of Windows 8 and a clean install of Firefox less than 2 weeks ago.

My client website is http://arivins.com/. When Mozilla update to 18.0 the drop down menu(main menu) stop working. The site is based on Joomla 1.5.26. I try to update to Mozilla 19.0 but still dont work. Please help me to resolve this problem.

I'd like to use the new built-in PDF viewer in Firefox 19.0 Beta to view local PDFs from my computer. But when I try to open one with Firefox, instead of opening it with PDF.js, Firefox gives me a dialog asking "What should Firefox do with this file?" There isn't an option in Tools/Options/Applications to use PDF.js by default, so how can I use it for local files?

In Firefox 18 and 19, the buttons to expand / contract the news items on http://news.google.com/ are no longer work (and some no longer show up).

A similar issue was (supposedly) fixed as referenced in this thread:

But the fix (and workarounds) do not seem to work.

The problem persists after restarting in safe mode.

Hello Firefox.

I got this problem that if im on Twitch.tv, own3d.tv and so on. all those live streaming sites, i got the problem in firefox that the video just stops but the sound keeps being there. I cant go to another fan or anything my firefox just frezze but the sounds keep being there.

I hope you can help me with this problem now that i've been using firefox for atleast 5-6 years and wont be happy to keep using Chrome to see my livestream :/

I want to set up my home page so that it is a group of websites. Simalar to what appears when I click the New Tab button. BUT I want to specify what those websites are and I want them to NEVER change. Can I do this? Is so, how?

The primary search box in the center screen does not respond to any search input.

In contrast: (1) the https:// address box responds immediately and normally when input is provided and the curved arrow tapped, (2) the upper search box in line with the address line works normally also when a search inquiry is provided and the magnifying glass tapped, and (3) all bookmarks work normally as they had previously prior to Firefox upgrading to 19.

Everything seems normal with the exception of the center search box and the search command.

my default searching is set to certified-toolbar.com,when i open a new tab it opens automatically how to fix that i could not found that setting

I found https://blog.mozilla.org/security/2012/10/11/click-to-play-plugins-blocklist-style/ and installed the beta version. I still don't see the icon in front of the current URL which would permit me to turn on Java for the current site (Pogo).

The normal browser process, of course, is that when you click on the Firefox icon it opens the browser and automatically signs you in to your preselected home page. Unfortunately I have recently run into a problem with error messages popping up and obstructing this opening process.

Special comment: It started occurring at about the same time my Yahoo mail account was breached and spammed and I had to change my password as a beginning move to counter the account security breach. I am not certain this incident produced my current problem, but it quite possibly related to the cause. It still remains that have to clear the problem, whatever caused it.

These error pop up messages do not occur when I use the Internet Explorer or Chrome browsers, so it certainly appears to be a Firefox browser related issue. I have tried clearing all cookies, enabling and disabling all Java plug-ins and extensions, changing passwords, and nothing has had any effect.

The first pop up window is headlined as, "[JavaScript Application]. It then cites my correct Yahoo username and is followed by this text; "(my username)- Invalid username/password combination. If you continue to get this error, try entering your email address as your username".

Note: Entering my email address as a username did not help either. The username cited in the error

         message is the correct username as well.

The second pop up window says, "We noticed you may have signed in or signed out in another window. Click OK to reload your page".

Note: Clicking the "OK" button does not re-sign in the page. What does happen is that it reloads the generic MY Yahoo home page and then I have to manually sign in to get my personally customized My Yahoo home page.

I have since upgraded to the most current Firefox browser version, but the problem remains the same.

If anyone has any idea on how to remedy this sign-in issue I would appreciate hearing from you.

Went to upload files to a website fireftp has disappeared... using Firefox 19. It says its in addons but I cant find it anywhere, not under web developer, or tools.. completely disappeared. There was an update on 10th of Feb and I noticed some changes to the way the directory tree was showing, but now it has completely disappeared.... and its a real pain.. as I have quite a few accounts... any clues... or advice...

I have Firefox 19 beta running on Windows 7 Professional 64-bit. I had the Firefox OS Simulator installed. I was logged in to the machine with Remote Desktop, but was not actively using it. Instead, I was working in another window in unrelated software.

The OS Simulator appeared to start on its own. I did not click in the Remote Desktop window or use any hot keys to start it. I uninstalled the Add-On immediately. Could there be a security risk?

On every not secure website i visit, there are unwanted adds, or games that if glanced at, might seem to be in right place but have a small 'ads not by this site' underneath. If I hover over the ad, it will direct me to a site.

Firefox is my default browser but this does not happen on internet explorer (presumably i got the virus while surfing using FF).

I can't find any add-ons or suspicious programs/services running in the background. Kapersky 2012 and a-squared free did not find any suspicious programs on my laptop.
