I am using a Mac with Big Sur (macOS Monterey, Version 12.7.5), and my email is POP, using Thunderbird Version 115.11.0.The message count of my inbox is wrong. It is two (2) more than it actually is. Right now there are ten (10) messages in my inbox BUT the message count of my inbox says twelve (12). Please correct.

After SUSE-15.6 updated FIREFOX to 115.11.0esr, all sites show choppy videos. I have no idea why or what I can do to resolve the issue. If someone has an idea, it would be greatly appreciated

On my PC's Firefox wont connect to my work servers"DQS Worldwide". I have tried to connect to,"auditcenter.dqsus.com". The page times out and wont connect. It works with Opera and Yandex but not fire fox. I have tried to connect in Michigan,California and Europe. Can you fix this issue so that I can connect to "auditcenter.dqsus.com" and use Firefox. I wanted to disable the "Moves the URL left or right". It turns out that this functionality won't be useful to me, but this shortcut is the one that I use the most :/

Hello, I was using Firefox to read my email at privateemail.com. When I attempted to save one of the emails to my Macbook (using an option in the window displaying the email), Firefox launched Apple Mail on my MacOS system. Apple Mail opened up with the email in one of its windows.

That is not the way it worked in the past. When picking "save to computer" in the web-mail interface, Firefox would open a SaveAs dialog box and allow me to directly save the mail to my computer.

I tested this behavior using Safari instead of Firefox, and that behaved as I expected. That is, Safari opened a SaveAs dialog box for me to use.

Is there a configuration parameter that was changed in a recent Firefox update? I am running FF 126.0 on MacOS 14.4.1.

I just lost several hundred tabs on Firefox mobile right after it updated itself. The most recent tabs show only ten of those tabs, which were all opened and closed today and aren't part of what I need to restore.

How do I get my tabs back? I've seen no 'restore previous session' option. My laptop only shows the few I have open now. What do I do to restore them?

So I got a new phone and I'm trying to sync it with the old Android but it's like it literally has nothing but the login name. I still have to go login all these websites and it won't boot all my tabs from the old phone I don't even want to try to buy anything find out that I have to do all the credit card stuff again. I do not have a desktop right now

I am having problems playing a particularly demanding video from YouTube (https://youtu.be/-W_nFlIAWFM) which runs at 4K/30 fps. It is a video taken from a drone flying over the Matterhorn in Europe. Here is my configuration: 1. I have a 200Mb connection to the internet and bandwidth testing confirms that it runs at a consistent 195 - 202 Mb. 2. I am using Firefox 126.0 on a dual boot machine running Ubuntu 22.04 LTS and Windows 10 (both OSes show similar stuttering and pausing). 3. My hardware is a Gigabyte Aorus Z690i motherboard with 32 GB of RAM and an Intel i5-12600K processor and an NVidia GeFroce RTX 2060 Super graphics card. I have tried disabling "Use hardware acceleration" in Firefox and also disabling all add-ons and rebooting. This hasn't resolved the problem. When I watch the same video in Google Chrome, it seems to display a much slower frame rate than 30fps but doesn't stutter. I have concluded that this video must be a super demanding one to render. There are many picture elements changing constantly. But is there a way to watch this at 4K/30fps with it playing smoothly and at the correct frame rate?

I've migrated to Firefox from Chrome and am getting everything as close as possible to my Chrome setup. This is a usability issue when I zoom on an image, that has a larger version. Chrome allows me to zoom to the full extent of the image, but Firefox screen shakes and doesn't allow the same detail. Screen recording and links below.

Firefox was running in full screen. Without me doing anything it reduced it's size to about 1/4 screen. Everything I attempted to correct this has not worked . Any thoughts or suggestions on how to correct this is appreciated.

There are login pages that have saved usernames I want to clear but am unable to. I have gone to settings. Under passwords I have everything unchecked. I have examined "Saved passwords" and it is showing "No passwords saved". I have tried with all of the Passwords options checked and unchecked but I all ways see"No passwords saved". Please help.

When I try to download messages on one of several POP3 accounts I get the error message Unable to write the email to the mailbox. Make sure the file system allows you write privileges, and you have enough disk space to copy the mailbox. and it keeps downloading the last message I received before the problem started.

I have tried repairing the folder, clearing cache and even turning off my anti-virus for Thunderbird but to no avail. No problems on my other accounts

Hi, there - Over the last few months, I've noticed some things that make it impossible to get to websites. I keep getting "Secure Connection Failed," for example, with getting to Chewy.com. I just tried to sign into the ssa.gov website, but it comes back repeatedly as "403 forbidden." And another big one is trying to get to outlook.com. It never fully loads. I cannot get my email. I've been having to use Edge more and more, and I don't like that for privacy issues. Also, sometimes I cannot finish buying things on some websites without changing over to private browsing. Thanks.
