attch button freezes, will not add attch
when trying to attach pictures etc the wait circle spins but nothing happens. it won't go to docs or pictures to aquire the item it just sits and spins. i am operating windows 8/8.1 and wonder if this is another compatability issue. i appearantly am not the only one with this problem

Do you have an antivirus program scanning your mail? Win 8 comes with Security Essentials as the default AV program, but even if you use another one such as McAfee, disable that feature and see if it makes any difference.
If not, run in safe mode (hold Shift when you launch TB) and see if the problem remains.

couldn't find the security stuff but used safe mode and it seemed to want to work, put the addons back on and still seems to work, so thanks so much guess its time to get some courses for this stuff, thanks
