I find the inclusion of centurylink search as a default annoying. I disabled centurylink search but it continues to return. I uninstalled FIREFOX MOBIL BETA I don't use centurylink search and reject a brouser that resets my preferences

Firefox Never comes with "centurylink search". Scan your mobile for threads.
