How can I install Firefox OS on my Android or iphone ?

You can install it on any android by unlocking the boot loader, check this https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Mozilla/Firefox_OS/Installing_on_a_mobile_device
I am not sure whether its possible to install it on IPHONE.

Installing on android is a difficult process, so please be careful while doing so. I don't believe it is possible to install FirefoxOS on iPhone.
Please keep in mind FirefoxOS is an operating system, it will replace everything on your phone with FirefoxOS and you won't be able to use the Google Play store, etc.
